Key Players to Watch:
Alicia Schroeder | 6’2 F
A 6’2 post player who gets the job done for her team. Coach is looking for Schroeder to be the
“Glue” that keeps their team together this season. A clear floor leader for Bridgewater, Schroeder will make her teammates better. She put up big numbers during her freshman season as Domincan. She averaged 10.5 points and 9.4 rebounds per game. A pure post player who is dominant in the paint, Schroeder will be the go-to for quick and consistent buckets. A player to keep a close eye on this summer, the coach referred to her as a “walking double-double”.
Amaiyah Neilon | 5’5 PG
A player Prep Hoops hears so much about, Neilon is one of the top point guards in her class. She can score from anywhere on the court and is confident handling the ball. She has great size and uses her body well to create contact in the lane. The starting point guard for her Greenfield High School squad, Amaiyah Neilon averaged 17.2 points per game. A fierce defender as well she will be looked for to grab multiple steals per game.
Payton Rechlicz Payton Rechlicz 5'8" | CG Menomonee Falls | 2023 WI | 5’8 G
A talented guard who is super versatile on the floor. During her first high school season at Menomonee Falls she impacted the game with her ability to play inside and out and score in many ways. She averaged 9.4 points per game last season. She is confident inside the lane, often sitting in the block like a post player and knocking down baby jumpers. However, Rechlicz can shoot the ball. She’s range effective and has a smooth three point shot.
Neveah Thompson | 5’10 G
Thompson is one of the only class of 2024 players on the team this season. She’s a player coach says is a force with the ball. She will be a go-to scorer for her team this summer. She is a lanky guard with great footwork and a feel for the game. Thompson will continue to develop this season and look for her to add a softer touch to her perimeter shot.
