Catherine Pettegrove (2021) | Voorhees
Pettegrove is one of the few remaining true centers in the game. She was a double-double machine every time she stepped on the floor. Pettegrove averaged 10 points and 11 rebounds per game as a junior. She showed an ability to score at will in the lane using her soft touch. Pettegrove is an elite rebounder and shot blocker on the defensive end. She will enter her senior year as one of the top forwards in the county.
Kaitlyn O’Boyle (2022) | Delaware Valley
O’Boyle asserted dominance early on in games. She did this on the defensive end and on the boards. O’Boyle averaged just under nine rebounds per game as a sophomore. She did not have much of a scoring role but that will change during her years as an upperclassman. O’Boyle is a center with a high ceiling that can turn into an intriguing prospect quickly.
Anna Hansson (2022) | Hunterdon Central
Hansson turned into a scoring threat for Hunterdon Central as a sophomore. She knows how to gain position on her defenders and score around the rim. She is a strong forward with quick feet that can rebound at a high rate. Hansson will enter her junior year as a must watch player. The improvement she makes from year to year will be visible.
Emma Hall (2023) | North Hunterdon
Hall is a dark-horse player for the 2020-2021 season. She came off the bench during her freshman year and played valuable minutes for North Hunterdon. She is a player with a high motor that does not stop. She can quickly emerge into an impact performer with the right usage and playing time.
Mayce Fleming (2022) | South Hunterdon
Fleming is a stretch four that can play many positions on the floor. She knocked down 11 three’s as a sophomore and was effective on the inside. She could come up with a big steal or block when her team needed it most. After which Fleming knew how to turn defense into quick offense.
