Destiny Adams Destiny Adams 6'3" | SF Manchester | 2021 State #26 Nation NJ (2021) | Manchester Township
This goes without saying. Adams is the top forward in New Jersey, not just Ocean County. The North Carolina commit has been a force since her freshman year at Manchester. She can do it all on both ends. Adams has the size, athleticism, and finesse to dominate the high school game and be great at the next level as well.
Cassidy Burns (2021) | Point Beach
Burns led Point Beach with 14.3 points per game as a junior. She is a stretch four that can score from all three levels. Burns showed off her jump shot every now and then but dominated on the block. She is a talented rebounder and defender but thrives at putting the ball in the basket.
Cara McCoy (2023) | Barnegat
McCoy balances the floor in the post with Kya Joseph Kya Joseph 5'7" | SG Barnegat | 2022 State NJ on the perimeter. She grabbed 7.1 rebounds per game as a freshman and was able to get some easy baskets off put backs. McCoy has a high ceiling and will make some noticeable improvements from one year to the next.
Kelle Anwander (2021) | Toms River South
Anwander averaged 12 points and 8.3 rebounds per game as a junior. She also blocked over two shots per game. Anwander has a soft touch around the rim but can be aggressive on the defensive end. She is one of the dark-horse prospects to keep and eye on this year.
Kayla Kryzkowski (2022) | Central Regional
Central has a duel-threat player in Kryzkowski. She averaged nearly two steals and two blocks per contest. On the offensive end, she showed an ability to pass from the block. Her versatility makes her an elite prospect in Ocean County.
Sarah Lally (2022) | Southern
Lally took a major step from her freshman year. She was much improved and that will continue. She seemed to get better and better each game as a sophomore. Lally is a game wrecker on the defensive end. She came up with 1.5 steals per game. Lally can rebound on both ends which adds versatility to her game.
