Led by Program Director Joe Dicruttalo (St. Marks Varsity) the Mavericks have a few girls who are poised for big off-seasons and should gain the attention of scholarship level programs.
Players to Watch: 2021
6’1” – Small Forward – Lauren Beach – Medway – Reigning M.V.P of the Tri – Valley League can score driving to the basket and face up and hit the three. She is poised to have a big off-season and will no doubt end up with a scholarship.
5’11” – Power Forward – Caroline Klemm – Needham – 1st Team Bay State League All Star last winter is a double -double machine. Scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds per game. Ready to breakout and gain attention of a lot of schools.
5’9” – Combo Guard – Elizabeth Wilson – Franklin – Excellent court vision with a set of handles to match. Can play both point and slide to the wing where she scores knocking down shots. High motor on both ends of the court.
5’6” – Shooting Guard – Tayja Sallie – Rivers – Hard nosed player who can lock up opponents best guards. One of the better on ball defenders in the area.
5’6” -Point Guard – Abby Miller – Millis – True point guard and floor general. Does a great job of getting teammates involved, but also gets to the basket off of dribble penetration.
6’2” -Power Forward – Mia Foliard – Rivers – Runs the floor well and can play with back to basket or shoots the ball well out from behind the line.
5’6” – Shooting Gaurd – Kayleigh Houlahan – Franklin – Excellent shooter off the catch and coming off screens.
5’5” -Combo Guard – Erin Quayle – Franklin – Defensive specialist who can play multiple positions. Can run the offense as the point and knock down shots when playing the wing.
5’7” -Shooting Gaurd – Eryn Rice – Millis -High energy wing that can shoot the ball from deep.
