2021 Recruiting Reset – Commitments and Offers

There has been a lot of recruiting activity in recent months and it can be hard to keep up. Here’s a look at where Kentucky’s Senior Class stands with offers and commitments. If a player is missing off the list, please DM our PGH Kentucky twitter or email PrepHoopsKentucky@gmail.com and the article will be updated. <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Committed:</strong></span> Our top ranked Senior <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="31846" first="Brooklynn" last="Miles"]</strong> is committed to Tennessee. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="31853" first="Macey" last="Blevins"]</strong> of Wayne County made her decision to commit to Western Kentucky last week. Defending state champion (yes, still) <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="88421" first="Brie" last="Crittendon"]</strong> of Ryle is going to play her college ball at Eastern Kentucky. Bishop Brossart Center <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="88418" first="Marie" last="Kiefer"]</strong> is off the board to Ball State after her commitment last week. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="88419" first="Raigan" last="King"]</strong> of Pineville recently made her announcement of a commitment to Union College last week. Cumberlands has landed commitments from top 15 players <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="31855" first="Whitney" last="Caldwell"] and [player_tooltip player_id="31866" first="Casey" last="Coleman"]</strong> as well as Perry Central’s <strong>Chelsey Napier</strong>. Southwestern Point Guard <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="88422" first="Alexa" last="Smiddy"]</strong> is committed to Treveca Nazarene. Meade County star <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="154506" first="Jenna" last="Gallimore"] </strong>committed to West Florida earlier this summer. Bullitt East guard <strong>Selena Granado </strong>made her commitment to IU-East recently. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="88433" first="Rory" last="O’Hara"]</strong> is committed to Tampa. &nbsp; <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Seniors With Offers:</strong></span> Boyd County’s <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="154508" first="Bailey" last="Rucker"]</strong> has been offered by both Pikeville and Gordon College. Dixie Heights guard <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="88452" first="Laci" last="Reinhart"]</strong> has been offered by Rochester University, Ohio Christian, Thomas More, IU-Southeast, Oakland City, Bethel College and Georgetown College. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="88427" first="Kaeli" last="Ross"]</strong> of Russell has offers from both Georgetown College, Rio Grande and Pikeville heading into her Senior season. Floyd Central’s <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="154522" first="Katie" last="Moore"]</strong> has an offer from Alice Lloyd. University of Rio Grande was the first school to offer the guard. Anderson County’s <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="173758" first="Sophie" last="Smith"]</strong> was offered by both Campbellsville and Georgetown College last fall. Johnson Central sharpshooter <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="88440" first="Sammi" last="Sites"]</strong> holds an offer from Pikeville. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="31848" first="Mya" last="Meredith"] </strong>missed her Junior season but holds plenty of offers. Murray State, Morehead State, Syracuse, Middle Tennessee State, Indiana State and NKU have all offered the wing. Boyd County star <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="31850" first="Harley" last="Paynter"]</strong> holds over a dozen D1 offers and seems to get more offers with each passing week. Butler’s <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="88443" first="Leslie" last="Baxter"]</strong> has an offer from Alabama A&amp;M. Baxter’s teammate <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="88435" first="Dynastee" last="White"]</strong> was offered by Georgetown College this past weekend. That was her first scholarship offer. Butler’s <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="88416" first="Tiarra" last="East"]</strong> is closing in on double figure D1 offers from schools like Southern Illinois, Marshall, Indiana State, Alabama A&amp;M and Murray State. Dixie Heights Senior guard <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="154502" first="Sydney" last="Lockard"]</strong> has offers from Claflin University, Columbia State, Thomas More and Alabama A&amp;M. Union College also offered South Laurel’s <strong>Bree Howard</strong>. Dunbar forward <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="88417" first="Elise" last="Ellison-Coons"]</strong> hold offers from Pikeville and Charleston Southern. Corbin’s <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="154515" first="Shelby" last="Stewart"]</strong> holds multiple offers. The most recent of which was Union College. Anderson County’s <strong>Tiffani Riley</strong> was recently the recipient of her first offer. Hers came from Georgetown College. <strong>Lacie Parks</strong> of Madison Southern has been offered by Kentucky Christian. Bethlehem star <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="88437" first="Amelia" last="Hodges"]</strong> has been offered by Lindsey Wilson. Lindsey Wilson also offered 2021 <strong>Camryn Preston </strong>of Danville. <strong>Kenzie Herald </strong>of Owsley County has offers from Dyersburg State Community College and Barclay College as well as Souuthwestern Illinois.
