Each day over the next few days, a look at some unsigned seniors who would be worth a look for someone who could fit your program.
Today, I will take a look at some of the kids in Eastern Ohio who are available and ready to take their game to the next level.
Olivia Alloway, 5’10 Vincent Warren
Olivia is a long, athletic player that gets to the rim well. Her vertical is impressive and helps her finish after beating defenders. She has a nice shooting touch from the outside and is dangerous. She uses her reach to tip balls and get into the passing lanes on defense. Very athletic.
Savannah Banks, 5’6 Vincent Warren
She is a kid who sees the floor well. Savannah loves to make a great pass and get vocal when her teammates do well. She has a good outside shot and can shut people down with her defense. She boxes out well and can help push the ball with her passing. Savannah can trap on defenses and get out and run.
Aaliyah Brunny, 6′ Parkersburg Catholic (WV)
Just over the border, Aaliyah is a crazy athletic player and has everything she needs to get it done. She is 6-foot, lightning quick and can jump out of the gym. She has a good outside shot and loves to play transition basketball. She uses her reach and ball-reading ability to snag passes out of the air and surprise opponents on both ends of the floor. Along with being talented in basketball, she was also the 2019 state hurdle champion. Very talented athlete.
Curstin Giffin, 5’9 Belpre
She is a tremendously versatile player that can handle the ball, put her teammates in the right spots in transition, she has a quick shot and is a tireless worker. She has a deep respect for the game and is a tough nosed player. Her ball IQ is one of her strongest assets. She can rebound, facilitate and score. She plays physical inside on defense and can pull a bigger player out on offense. She has good feet inside and nice post moves.
Adi Hill, 5’9 Marietta
Adi is a player who is very versatile. She is quick and sees the floor well, she has a great outside shot and is physically strong to take people inside and score at the rim. She loves to play defense. She is a very strong player who is building her confidence and is a force to deal with.
