Michigan Summer Superstars

<strong>Summer is the time when you work on your game and improve. These five players understand how important that is and it showed in their grassroots play.</strong> <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="138366" first="India" last="Respress"]</strong> (2021) 5-8 SF Chandler Park Academy Respress played well the entire summer. She is an outstanding 2 way player who can score inside and out and has a great feel for the game. Her play shows she has been working in the gym to improve her game. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="138353" first="Precious" last="Fields"]</strong> (2021) 5-11 PF Detroit Cass Tech Fields showed that while being excellent in the post she can step out and hit the jumper. She has also improved her dribbling. She can defend and she hits the glass on the offensive and defensive ends of the court. <strong>Jakyra McCarty</strong> (2021) 6-0 PF Detroit Renaissance McCarty has perfected her post game. She showed this summer that she has a nice mid range game and can even step out and hit the open three. She has been working hard on improving. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="138382" first="Audrianna" last="Hill"]</strong> (2021) 5-7 CG Detroit Renaissance Hill is a quick and fast combo and continually attacks the baskets. She goes hard to the offensive and defensive glass. Because she plays so hard she is a nightmare on defense. <strong>Sydney Brown</strong> (2023) 5-8 CG Northville Brown is a flat out shooter with range. It showed this summer that she has been working on her shot. She runs the floor well. She is a very nice 2 way player.
