After Haslett led most of the first half, Tecumseh took the lead, before Haslett split their free throws to make it a one point game. With only seconds remaining in the second quarter, I think everyone expected the score to stay that way heading into the break. Delaney had other plans. After Bullinger secured the missed free throw, she fired a lead pass to Delaney flying up the sidelines. She fired a runner off one foot from the wing as the buzzer sounded, which found the bottom of the net, giving Tecumseh a 31-27 lead at the half. Her shot deflated the opponent, sent the crowd into a frenzy, and completely swung the momentum in Tecumseh's favor. Delaney generated steals on the defensive end and stood tough inside to take a charge on a hard drive. She beat the full court press and dished out an assist to help put the game away late.

Chloe caused turnovers with her defensive pressure. Chloe was active on the boards and delivered the pass of the game that led to Brown's three-pointer to end the second quarter. Her poised ball-handling, rebounding, and passing vision in the second half helped Tecumseh seal the win. Chloe went by the defense with a quick crossover to score a layup, knocked down three free throws, and converted a tough full-speed finish in transition. She poured in seven points for the Indians.

Avery set the single-season record for three-pointers made with 57 for the Vikings as a junior. She's now hit the most threes in Haslett history with over 126. In the Regional Semifinals, Avery swished a wing three in the first half and drilled a step-back triple in the fourth quarter. Avery stuck with her shot in traffic, secured the offensive board, and scored the putback through contact. She completed the old-fashioned three point play at the line. Avery showed her ability to get downhill, splitting defenders on a drive through the paint for two points. She poured in 11 points for Haslett and will the top returner next season.

Kaitlyn came sprinting out of the gates for Haslett and helped them build a lead in the first half. She used an outstanding pivot to score a contested finish, deflected passes, grabbed rebounds, and generated steals. Kaitlyn showed her outside range and drained a corner three. She leaped up in a crowd to snag a rebound at its highest point and scored the putback. Kaitlyn used a spin move, absorbed contact, and converted the layup. She moved her feet and contested a drive to force a miss. Kaitlyn posted 12 points and turned in a gutsy performance for the Vikings.

Ava used a pocket dribble and zipped a left-handed entry pass through a tight window for an assist down low. She anticipated passes on defense to grab steals and earned a trip to the free throw line after driving hard to the basket. Ava went off for 10 points the fourth quarter, sinking four shots from the charity and two triples. She paced the Irish with a team-high 13 points.

Calley is a freshman with a bright future ahead of her in the Parma Western program. Her dribble penetration, pesky defense, passing vision, rebounding effort, and finishing were key components to the Regional Semifinal win. She weaved through the defense with a burst to score two left-handed finishes. Calley ran through a pass to beat the defender closing out and dropped in a soft floater. She attacked downhill and scored two more layups with her off hand. Calley's hard drives resulted in trips to the charity stripe, and she knocked them down with confidence. Calley poured in nine points for Parma Western and will have an important role to play in the next game.
