Mya Olmeda | Charlotte Christian | PG 2021

Olmeda was a dynamic point guard handling the ball for her team. She pushed the ball up the court, drove it herself down the lane, and showed off her shot from behind the arc. She was a tough defender, too, going after loose balls and preventing their opponents from getting by her. Steals quickly turned into fast break opportunities for her.

Naya Clamp | Myers Park | G 2021

Clamp was exceptional on offense making three pointers from anywhere on the court. She followed shots, too, making second chance opportunities for herself off of offensive rebounds. Additionally, she showed her vision of the court when making nice passes into her teammates to get everyone involved. She can handle the ball well blowing by defenders with ease.

Lucy Vanderbeck | Ardrey Kell | G 2021

Vanderbeck was on fire at the scrimmage hitting multiple three pointers in the games that she played. She was always ready to shoot, and she used a quick release with her shot to get the ball out of her hands before defenders could close out on her. She is strong with the ball and can drive inside to score two fighting through any kind of contact that comes her way. On the other end of the court, she is known to jump into passing lanes grabbing steals that she quickly turns into fast break opportunities.

[player_tooltip player_id="116885" first="Maddie" last="Dillinger"] | Cuthbertson | F 2021

Dillinger continues to improve many areas of her game showing that she is capable of playing most of the positions an offense needs. She is aggressive with the ball inside posting up and making smart moves to score her points. She can even step outside the arc and shoot three pointers with ease. Her IQ was on display, especially on offense, with the way she moved without the ball getting herself open to easily score some points. Defensively she is a terror for opponents using her strength to not let others get their way in the paint, and she uses her length to cause blocks and steals.

Abi Svenson | Carolina Christian | G 2021

Svenson is a true shooter making three pointer after three pointer showing her confidence in her stroke every time that she gets to put it on display. There’s a reason she was top three in her state last year for scoring. She hustles after loose balls, too, diving on the floor trying to gain the possession for her team. She consistently crashes the boards going after rebounds in order to score some second chance points or end the possession for her opponents.

Caroline Swartz | Hough | PG/SG 2021

Swartz is a sneaky guard that everyone needs knowing where to move with and without the ball in order to make the best contributions. She is patient letting plays develop, especially when she was the one passing the ball in bounds underneath the basket. She crashes the boards as well going after rebounds to help her team gain possession.
