Typically we try to spread out the recruiting recaps over a couple of weeks at a time but here lately the news has been coming fast and furious as offers are going out every day and several Seniors are making their commitment decisions. Here’s the latest recruiting info from around the state. New Scholarship Offers: 2024 Kyera Thornsbury Kyera Thornsbury 5'7" | SG Pikeville | 2024 State KY was offered by Campbellsville-Harrodsburg last week. Morgan Flanagan Morgan Flanagan 5'4" | PG St. Henry | 2021 State KY has added an offer from Kentucky Christian after a campus visit last week. Senior Brooke Bates of Letcher County Central was also offered by Kentucky Christian last week. Thomas More has offered 2022 Alyssa Elswick Alyssa Elswick 5'10" | C Shelby Valley | 2022 State KY . Elswick has a growing list of college suitors. Great Lakes Christian College and Agnes Scott College have both offered Kenzie Herald of Owsley County. Drea Sartori has earned her first offer. Spalding University offered her earlier this week. Ellie Smith earned an offer from Spalding earlier this week. Apollo’s Amaya Curry Amaya Curry 5'6" | CG Apollo | 2022 State KY has been offered by Barlay College in recent days. Depauw is the latest school to offer Russell’s Kaeli Ross Kaeli Ross 5'7" | SG Russell | 2021 State KY . Corbin Senior Shelby Stewart Shelby Stewart 5'8" | SG Corbin | 2022 State KY has added another offer. This one came from Georgetown College. Madison Central Senior Brianna Bierbaum has been offered by Agnes Scott College. Senior Commitments: Our top 3 ranked Senior, Boyd County’s Harley Paynter Harley Paynter 5'7" | CG Boyd County | 2021 State KY , committed to Tennessee Tech this week. She chose the Golden Eagles over a long list of schools who had offered. Glasgow’s Anzley Adwell has committed to Bellarmine. Adwell has a lot of potential and will be a big part of Bellarmine’s long term future.
