2021: Class 2A Top Seniors

Prep Girls Hoops keeps diving into the coverage around the Palmetto State. Prep Girls will launch its new rankings in late December before the New Years. Thank God 2020 will be in the past then and hopefully this Covid-19 Pandemic can be in order somewhat. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="171749" first="Kalisha" last="Hill"] - Saluda HS (Prep Girls Hoops Preseason Player of the Year) </strong> Hill is back to the lead the Lady Tigers squad this season. Hill recently played at the Prep Girls Hoops Top 250 Expo and had a great showing. Hill was able to score the ball from all 3 levels on the floor. Hill is very active on the glass on both ends of the floor. Hill averaged 18.2 ppg and 10 rebounds last season for the Tigers (20-2). Barnes and her teammates will now compete in the Class 2A ranks this season after playing in Class 3A. Barnes a athletic forward really excels in transition and fills the lane well. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="124082" first="Mikala" last="Logan"] - Blacksburg HS </strong> Logan has several offers on the table according to Head Coach Bobby Rodgers. Logan a point guard averaged 18.4 ppg and 5.2 assists last season for the Lady Wildcats (14-12). Nichols has the ability to stuff a stat sheet with her play on a given night. Nichols does it all for the Red,White and Blue Auctioneers. Lester can knockdown shots on the perimeter with her sweet stroke. Williams gets the ball into the paint or uses the penetrate-kick to find her open teammate. Williams keeps the ball low to the ground and rarely turns it over. McDuffie entering her 6th year on the varsity team averaged 17.5 ppg, 3.6 rebounds and 2.4 steals last season. McDuffie has scored 1,148 career points entering this season. Lathan averaged 10.8 ppg, 4.9 rebounds and 3.2 steals last season. Lathan has a great nose for the ball and always seems to be around the ball. &nbsp;
