Robyn Navarro- 2022, 5’3”, PG & SG, #1, Captain, Overfelt High School (San Jose, CA)
Robyn Navarro is the captain of her Varsity Team at Overfelt High School in San Jose, CA. I believe Robyn can do it all on the court. Navarro is small but mighty. Robyn is able to dribble through traffic comfortably and effortlessly. She is very fast, but most importantly she is very controlled with the ball. Navarro has a range for days. She can shoot from way beyond the arc no problem. Her shooting form is fantastic, and her shots are always smooth. They are never rushed and are always controlled. Navarro averaged 15.3 PPG and scored a total of 306 points during her sophomore season. She also averaged 5.4 RPG and 4.7 SPG. Robyn is able to create plays and is very calm while dribbling. Sometimes it seems like she is the only person on the court because she is able to dribble through traffic and has no problem finishing with a defender on her. Overall, Robyn is a very poised player, very skilled, and she is the type of player to never back down no matter what the situation is.

Jael Butler- 2022, 6’1”, Center and PF, #35, Valley Christian High School (San Jose, CA)
If you want to discuss athletic players, let us discuss Jael Butler. She is fast, agile, and a truly gifted basketball player. She is always looking for a rebound to either put back up or start a fast break. Butler has great awareness of her surroundings and she finishes ever so smoothly with all her shots. Jael is also really intelligent with the ball. Butler averaged 11.6 PPG and scored a total of 313 points to date during the 2019-2020 season. Jael also had a 52% field goal average. Butler also averaged 9.9 RPG and is just a very active player on the block. Butler has great dribbling skills, and she can dribble coast to coast on a fast break and score with a defender right up in her face. She is able to score with lots of contact, and that shows how much of a physical player she is. Butler is always on her toes on offense and defense and never seems to lose energy. Butler is an intense player that will only get better for the rest of her high school career, I’m excited to see what she has to offer.
Jordan Beaumont- 2022, 5’4”, PG & SG, #2, Aragon High School(San Mateo, CA)
Jordan Beaumont is a fierce player. You can guarantee when she is playing that she is one of the strongest and most physical players on the court. When she is in a rhythm she can drain threes like its nothing. Jordan is able to shoot with a defender in her face as well. Beaumont is very aware of her surroundings and is a very smart player on the fast break. Jordan is very aggressive when it comes to boxing out. She is always rushing to the boards when a shot is put up, no matter whos shot it is. Jordan averaged 11.1 PPG and scored a total of 288 points during her sophomore season. She also averaged 81% from the free-throw line. Jordan has a decent shooting form, although I believe it can be even better. She can work on having a quicker release. She is also a very unselfish teammate that is always looking for opportunities for teammates to score. You can tell Beaumont goes all out in these games. During her freshman year on Varsity, she helped lead her team to the Centra Coast Section’s Championship title, and eventually advance to the quarterfinals of the Northern California Interscholastic Federation(CIF) Division 2 playoffs. I’m excited to see Jordan play her Junior year and possibly bring her team to victory once again.
Sydney Stewart- 2022, 5’11”, Center, #24, St. Francis High School (Mountain View, CA)
Sydney Stewart is a dominant down low player on the defensive end. She towers almost all of her teammates, and her height is a big advantage for getting defensive and offensive rebounds for her team. Stewart is able to score with such simplicity when she has the ball under the basket. She is very proficient with the ball. Stewart averaged 10.8 PPG and scored a total of 282 points during her 2019-2020 sophomore season. Sydney has a field goal percentage of 50%, and a 48% free throw- percentage. She averaged 7.5 RPG, and she works really hard to get those rebounds. One thing I will say is that I believe she can be more aggressive on the defensive end. She has the height and the athleticism to improve greatly defensively during her Junior season. I think Sydney can be timid on defense, but if she uses her skill and talent to her greatest ability, she will be unstoppable.
