Even later in the day when fatigue started to set in, they pushed through it and did a solid job scoring. The main look here are kids who can light it up from the perimeter, but these five kids can score in anyway needed.
Sidney Morris, 5-5 2022, Carlisle
If you need a shot from the perimeter, this kid can get you one. Very impressed how much she has improved over the last year with confidence and skill development. She can light you up from the arc, and can step in and score from midrange also. Sidney (pictured right) has solid intensity and a desire to make plays for her team. She has good handles, is a competitor, and does a good job distributing the ball to her teammates and sees the floor well.
Mahya Lindesmith, 5-6 2022 Hamilton Badin
Another player who can do some damage from out behind the arc. Mayha (pictured left) has good range and is not afrajd to let it fly from deep range. She communicates well with her teammates and wants to make her team better. She will move well without the ball and can defend well on the perimeter. Just a smooth player and fun to watch. Has good handles, and a high basketball IQ. Her intensity to make plays happen is also at a high level.
Allison Basye Allison Basye 5'11" | CG Huntington Ross | 2022 State OH , 5-11 2022, Huntington
This kid can do so much more than just shoot the ball from the perimeter. She is deadly from anywhere on the floor. But she can score from deep range and lands on this list of outstanding shooters. Allison (feature photo) is the complete package and always is a play ahead of the action. She has great court awareness and vision. She can handle the ball well and is in command on the court.
Mya Toombs Mya Toombs 5'5" | CG Capital | 2023 State WV , 5-7 2023, Capital (WV)
Not only did she show me she can shoot well off the dribble, she also showed me she can score in multiple ways. To start out with, Mya (pictured left) as very good handles and excellent body control which leads to her solid offensive game. She shoots well off the dribble, and can slash and score. Penetrates well to the rim and can finish with either hand.
Amanda Barnes, 5-9 2023, Mason
Amanda (pictured left) showed me a lot of positive effort, which in most cases leads to being successful on the floor. She has good range out beyond the arc, but is able to mix it up and get to the rim to score if needed. Was impressed with her pick-and-roll game as she uses her body well in the offense.
