Azzi Fudd Azzi Fudd 5'11" | SG St. John's College Prep | 2021 State #1 Nation MD – Shooting Guard 5’11″- St. John’s
No list of seniors would be complete without the number 1 player in the class, Azzi Fudd Azzi Fudd 5'11" | SG St. John's College Prep | 2021 State #1 Nation MD . She’s an efficient, true three-level scorer who is just as likely to drive hard to the basket as she is to take and make a 3. She is also a great team player who defends hard and seeks to make the right plays to give her team the best chance to win. Even though she is coming off an ACL tear look for her to step up as both the best player and emotional leader of the team.
McKenzie Griffith- Forward 6’1″- Georgetown Day School
Simply put, McKenzie wants to win. She brings great energy to the floor whether it’s hustling for loose balls, grabbing boards, or setting great screens. She also manages to be surprisingly versatile on offense with the ability to play with her back to the basket, stretch the floor out to the 3 point line, and even bring the ball up the floor from time to time.
Cameron Wilkes Cameron Wilkes 5'11" | CG Dunbar | 2021 State MD – Guard 5’5″- Dunbar
Cameron is a high motor combo guard who finds a way to contribute regardless of whether or not her scoring is on. She’s a player who leaves it all out on the floor, consistently drawing the toughest assignments on defense, and never shies away from the challenge. She is also a surprisingly good rebounder for her size using her quickness and motor to out-hustle players to boards. She’s relentless when attacking the rim either finishing through contact of finding open teammates on drive and kicks and is looking to use her improved perimeter shot to her advantage this season.
Blaise Castro- Guard 5’10″- Georgetown Visitation
A highly skilled guard who has had her ups and downs throughout high school, Blaise is poised to stand out for Georgetown Visitation. Already known as a knockdown outside shooter and a good distributor of the ball she is also playing with significantly more energy than previous years. Look for her to take over as both a leader on offense and the emotional leader for the team this season.
Khalia Bryant Khalia Bryant 5'7" | PF Dunbar | 2021 State MD – Forward 5’9″- Dunbar
Another talented senior from Dunbar, Khalia is coming off a solid junior year that saw her almost average a double-double. She has a knack of being in the right position whether grabbing boards off the glass or finding spots in the mid-range. She is a player who never needs to be told to get in the gym and does all the little things in an effort to make everyone else on the team better.
