With three leading scorers back, Pella hopes to build off a 12-11 campaign from a year ago. Senior Madison Naig posted 12 points a night, shooting 39 percent. Classmate [player_tooltip player_id="165007" first="Faith" last="Diers"] added 10 and junior Anna Vander Waal nearly seven. Jasmine Namminga, Naig and Diers were also the leading rebounders for the Dutch a season ago, with Namminga grabbing 148 boards as a freshman.

After a tough start to the season, Pella Christian finished strong, winning three in a row at one point. The Eagles return leading scorer [player_tooltip player_id="165072" first="Allison" last="Van Gorp"], as the senior posted nearly 15 points a night on 51 percent shooting. She also recorded a team-leading 271 rebounds, averaging over 11 per contest. Emma Witzenberg and Avery Baugh join her as key pieces back in the fold.

Perry used several underclassmen a year ago, likely in hopes of it paying off in the future. Sophomore [player_tooltip player_id="127621" first="Lydia" last="Olejniczak"] is back to lead the charge after posting 10 points per game. She knocked down nearly 30 percent of her 3-point attempts and also led the Jayettes with 146 rebounds. Jayna Kenney, Kennedy Tunink, Ashley Cerna and Ainsley Marburger are among those also returning for Perry.

Addie Kerkhoff and Riley Vice will look to pace Pleasant Valley on the hardwood this winter. The two were part of a 10-win campaign a year ago with Kerkhoff averaging nearly eight points and Vice over five rebounds a night. It is a large group back for the Spartans as 11 other players who saw the court are returning.

As sophomores a season ago, [player_tooltip player_id="163355" first="Malorie" last="McKinney"], Adi Adreon and Rachel Harvey were thrust into key roles for Pleasantville. It resulted in eight wins and a strong outlook for the future. McKinney averaged over 10 points and 8.5 rebounds with game, shooting over 40 percent from the field. Adreon added seven points and four rebounds with Harvey chipping in nearly six points. Faith Vanderhart, now a senior, is another tough player on the glass.
