Outside of the specific skill stand-outs, there was a tremendous amount of players that either fit the mold or brought other things to the table. Hope Hassmann is a highly skilled guard whose ability to play the game makes you forget that she is only a sophomore. [player_tooltip player_id="204579" first="Carly" last="Wheeler"], San Diego Christian signee, is an involved two-way player who plays with a chip on her shoulder. [player_tooltip player_id="207817" first="Reese" last="Ericson"] is the floor general who brings a lot of discipline and leadership to Oregon Elite Gold. [player_tooltip player_id="204582" first="Bridget" last="Winthrop"] is an intelligent defensive player who has great upside on that end of the floor with good instincts. [player_tooltip player_id="158521" first="Sarah" last="Lamet"], one of the most improved players for Clutch Rose is a 6’4" center whose developing confidence is a problem for opponents.
<span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Hope Hassmann 2023 5’7" PG Oregon Elite Navy/Tahoma HS</strong> - Hope is the suave, relentless, and fearless guard who fits into the scheme of any play and combination of players out on the court. She has the skills and awareness to do so, as she is a fierce three-point shooter and has the knack to get some tough points in the paint with a scoring demeanor. Hassmann was amongst the youngest but most skilled for Oregon Elite Navy.</span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="204579" first="Carly" last="Wheeler"] 2021 5’11" SF Oregon Elite Gold/Sheldon HS</strong> - Wheeler is a tough guard who plays a versatile role for Oregon Elite Gold - one who brings the intensity on defense as she plays with tremendous effort on that end. Offensively, she is a witty scorer who plays with a lot of swagger as she can hit alongside the perimeter but also make the highlight pass to a teammate. Two-way, engaged player that makes others better. </span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="207817" first="Reese" last="Ericson"] 2022 5’5" PG Oregon Elite Gold/Lakeridge HS</strong> - Reese is the altruistic point guard who plays incredible downhill as she never hesitates to throw up the pass before defenders are set-up, often resulting in easy points for her team. She also has an eclectic offensive repertoire as she has a nice floater as well as can hit alongside the perimeter. Ericson is also a spirited defender who plays within the team defensive scheme. </span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="204582" first="Bridget" last="Winthrop"] 2021 6’0" PF Clutch Cardinal/Westview HS</strong> - Winthrop is a defensively activated player who knows her role in the defensive scheme to a pinch as she plays on the weak side with a lot of awareness and anticipation. She is a superb rim protector who has excellent timing on blocking shots and rebounding. Also a great passer who has great hands for knack for finding teammates. </span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="158521" first="Sarah" last="Lamet"] 2022 6’4" C Clutch Rose/Tigard HS</strong> - Lamet was one of the most improved for Clutch Rose as the center showed big strides as a back-up for her team, scoring easily when her number was called. She scores with ease and great efficiency as she doesn’t try to reinvent the wheel, rather she simply executes. Backing down her defender and turning her shoulder and putting it on, Lamet is difficult to stop on the block.</span>
