Various AAU teams were in attendance at the event including several from California. Here’s a look at some additional players who could have raised their stock a little bit.
1. Isabel Clark Isabel Clark 6'0" | C Mater Dei | 2024 State CA – Mater Dei 2024
Clark looks to be one of the next in a long line of talented players to don a Monarchs uniform. An incoming freshman, Clark has good length and size combined with strong athleticism. A dual athlete who also plays volleyball, she makes her presence known in the paint. Good rebounder who is active around the rim. She has good hands and is a solid finisher at the rim. She keeps the ball high and goes straight up in the paint. Moves well without the ball.
2. Faith Curry Faith Curry 6'1" | SG Liberty | 2024 State CA – Bakersfield 2024
Curry is a good forward prospect with a strong motor. She can score both inside and out. She’s a physical presence in the paint and a workhorse on the glass. Uses her size and strength well to finish over the defense. She runs the floor well and can finish in transition as the trailer. Moves well without the ball as a cutter and has good hands. She can stretch the floor too with her three-point shooting.
3. Christy Reynoso Christy Reynoso 5'5" | PG Sierra Canyon | 2024 State CA – Sierra Canyon 2024
Reynoso has all the makings of being an elite point guard. She’s a very crafty ball-handler who isn’t fazed by defensive pressure and reads the defense perfectly. A very good shooter from distance with a really quick release. She’s got a slashing game too, she’s very quick and shifty and uses spin moves to shake the defense. Strong transition game. A natural leader with impressive skill for a freshman.
