Heritage dominated on both ends of the floor and in transition in a 73-20 win over Cleveland Wednesday. Who are some of the top prospects that stood out in this contest? Prep Girls Hoops NC takes a look.

2022 guard [player_tooltip player_id="116893" first="Chloe" last="Williams"] couldn’t be stopped en route to 22 points, four rebounds and five steals for the Huskies. She attacked the basket well and hit a couple of mid-range jump shots as well. Defensively, she took the challenge of guarding two excellent Cleveland prospects and forced them into tough shots all night. Williams is certainly one to watch in Wake County.
<strong>Jada Douthit (Heritage guard, 2022)</strong>
Another 2022 guard that scores it efficiently for Heritage is Jada Douthit. She’s really good as a lead guard and defends multiple positions well for the Huskies. She finished with 10 points and hit a couple of threes to give her team a major boost. Douthit is another prospect that can turn it on at any time.
<strong>Noelle Horton (Heritage forward, 2021)</strong>
2021 forward Noelle Horton brings a ton of energy to this Heritage team and she’ll be very important as the season progresses. She finished with a double-double, 11 points and 11 rebounds, in this contest and did most of her damage on the offensive glass. Horton created a lot of havoc on both ends of the floor and continues to make a huge impact for this team.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="217761" first="Sage" last="Farmer"] (Cleveland guard, 2023)</strong>
Althought it was a struggle for Cleveland to get anything going, they have a lot of promise in their 2023 guard pair. First is [player_tooltip player_id="217761" first="Sage" last="Farmer"], who led the way with seven points. She’s a prospect that is capable of getting hot from three point range. In addition to that, she’s an excellent passer and ball handler which will make this Rams team a tough one to beat in Johnston County.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="219220" first="Brooklynn" last="Waller"] (Cleveland guard, 2023)</strong>
The Rams’ other standout lead guard in the 2023 class is [player_tooltip player_id="219220" first="Brooklynn" last="Waller"]. She’s very capable of running the offense for this team as is Farmer. On most nights, Waller is a player that can impact both ends of the court and will make a difference in crunch time. She’s another talented prospect in Johnston County to watch as the season goes on.
