Gabby McConnell, 5-10, Circleville
For a freshman, she showed a lot of skills and played beyond her years. She has the ability to control the offense well and can play in different styles of game. Able to play inside or our with a good future ahead of her. Was a key in the success of this Division Two state power.
Faith Yancey, 5-5, Circleville
Really likes watching this rising freshman in action and she had tremendous poise for a first-year varsity player at such a high level. Good handles and able to make good decision under pressure. She was very active on the floor, and produced on both the offense and defensive end.
Rylie Homan Rylie Homan 5'5" | PG Trenton Edgewood | 2024 State OH , 5-5, Edgewood
Edgewood has been the talk of the region with a very fast start to the season. While they have a lot of experience, they also have this freshman who is legit in all aspects of the game. Very poised and not rattled, handling pressure well. Can shoot from beyond the three and will create opportunities on the defensive side of the ball. Not intimidated at this level.
Lily Johnson, 5-10, Lakota West
Playing in such a high profile program has not affected Lily. She showed she is ready for this level of play, as she is a very smart player. She knows where to be on the court and sees the action in advance. Good catch-and-shoot player with a bright upside.
Anna Campbell, 5-7, Cincinnati Oak Hills
Anna is still learning the game, but has begun her career with a solid two months of some bright points including some aggressive on-ball defense. Has active hands which helps create turnovers. She also has good handles and a high motor. Keep an eye on this one as she will benefit from the chances she given. Her desire to improve will determine her future.
