As we wrap up the SW Ohio sectional previews, the Division 4 games at Sidney will provide a lot of excitement, especially in the upper bracket where many of the top seeds chose to go.
The next two weeks will be exciting all across Ohio as teams look to begin their drive to the state final four.

Fort Loramie is the clear cut #1 seed with a very deep and talented team. Senior Kenzie Hoelscher is a 6-foot 2021 with outstanding skills in the midrange and can score at the rim. [player_tooltip player_id="159039" first="Dana" last="Rose"] and Caitlin Gasson are both senior leaders with tremendous game. Rose is a solid wing while Gasson runs the offense from the guard spot.
The most interesting single day of basketball in the area could be the games at Sidney on February 11. Four of the top six seeds will meet in the opening two games. Botkins and Mechanicsburg is a rare #2 v #3 matchup, both with a talented scorer. Botkins brings in Carmen Heuker as a guard who can score from inside or out, Mechanicsburg boasts Malone signee [player_tooltip player_id="211752" first="Grace" last="Forrest"] as a scorer who can drop 30 on any given night.
