{6-0 F, Middletown Fenwick}
Recorded a double-double in the sectional finals in a tough loss to Hamilton Badin, as the Air Force signee dropped 24 points with 12 rebounds. Very talented in the paint with good moves around the rim. Solid hands and does a good job rebounding and kicking out on the break.
<span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: ’arial black’, sans-serif;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="159038" first="Kaylee" last="Dingee"]</strong></span>
{5-11 P, Carlisle}
Another outstanding performance in the sectional finals for the steady post player who is and strong and aggressive in the paint. Kaylee <em>(pictured above) </em>nearly had a triple-double with 14 points, 8 rebounds and 9 blocks, while not missing a shot from the field. She also announced her commitment to John Carroll as she looks to continue her career.
<span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: ’arial black’, sans-serif;">[player_tooltip player_id="211753" first="Megan" last="Leraas"]</span>
{5-10 W, Dayton Carroll}
Very good shooter and moves well to get into position for a shot. Has deep range well beyond the arc, and can score from any angle on the floor. She had 15 points in the district championship win against Summit Country Day 53-31.
<span style="font-family: ’arial black’, sans-serif;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Ava Lickliter</span></strong></span>
{5-7 G, Dayton Carroll}
Watch this guard one time and it won’t be tough to see why she is heading to the next level to play. Ava is as smooth as they come, excellent handles and can run the floor in transition as well as anyone. She also had a big game in the district finals with 13 points. Headed to Wheeling.
<span style="font-family: ’arial black’, sans-serif;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Bry Woodard</span></strong></span>
{5-11 F, Summit Country Day}
Was impressed with her game in the SCD loss in the district finals. Athletic forward who can score at the rim, create her own shot and make things happen for her team.
<span style="font-family: ’arial black’, sans-serif;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Lauren Legate</span></strong></span>
{5-10 W, Valley View}
Put together a very solid district championship game in their win over Trotwood 62-50. She was an absolute force on the boards, cleaned the glass and showed an ability to beat you both inside or outside. Has very solid range out beyond the arc and defensively she can disrupt the play. She had 21 points in their win against the Rams.
<span style="font-family: ’arial black’, sans-serif;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Quantajiah Huffman</span></strong></span>
{5-8 G, Trotwood Madison}
For all of the unbelievers, Huffman put on a show with a variety of moves despite the loss in the districts. She elevated and scored over her defenders, showed a good floater and was able to create in many ways. Very quick and athletic, able to create turnovers and turn them into points. She dropped 21 in the loss to Carroll.
<span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: ’arial black’, sans-serif;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="32589" first="Kathleen" last="Ahner"]</strong></span>
{5-9 G, Legacy Christian}
Another impressive outing for this guard who always plays hard. Good handles and body control, able to see the court well and distribute for the easy shot. Has the ability to create on the move and score at the basket, or score from the perimeter. She scored 18 points with a big performance against Bradford in the district finals. Her and [player_tooltip player_id="32575" first="Emma" last="Hess"] put on a show in the second half to extend the lead and give them the title.
<span style="font-family: ’arial black’, sans-serif;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Margaret Kessinger</span></strong></span>
{5-8 G, Legacy Christian}
What a game for Kessinger as she has come back from injury at the right time. Impressive performance as she drained several threes and opened the eyes of everyone in attendance. Scored 15 points and was very key in the success of Legacy as they claimed the district championship.
<span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: ’arial black’, sans-serif;"><strong>Kenzie Hoelscher</strong></span>
{6-0 W, Fort Loramie}
In a lopsided district championship game, Kenzie showed why she was voted as the Player of the Year by the district coaches. Incredible floor leader and mature guard with sharp ball handling skills, an exceptional mid-range game and can slash and score at the rim.
