Allison Ingalls – Pinkerton Academy/Team Saints/Western New England U Commit – 5’10” – SF/PF – 2021
Ingalls continuing her basketball career at Western New England University is the cherry on top of her high school career. Her polished offensive skill set will be extremely valuable at the next level because she is a combo forward who can stretch the floor with long-range shooting. Ingalls shows confidence shooting contested three-pointers and can make them frequently. Ingalls also has the unselfishness and offensive awareness to know when to turn down a jump shot, make the extra pass, and get her team a better look. Her ability to put the ball on the deck, get into the mid-range, and to the basket makes the senior a three-level threat that is difficult to contain. Ingalls’ size and strength allow her to battle down low and rip down rebounds, displaying a soft touch around the rim when going up for putbacks. A versatile player who can do a little bit of everything and possesses physical and mental toughness that sets the team’s tone and identity. Ingalls’ makeup combined with her on-court attributes will translate seamlessly at Western New England University.
Olivia Murray – Bishop Guertin – 5’8” – SG – 2023
Murray is one of the more explosive scorers you will see and can dismantle a zone defense with her outside shooting. Always catching the pass ready to shoot, Murray’s confident, quick release gives the defense little time to close out and disrupt the sophomore’s high-arching jump shot. In a Bishop Guertin offense that emphasizes ball movement, spacing, and execution, it is never an issue for Murray to find open space in the halfcourt to get her offense going. A terrific player in transition, Murray sprints up the court ahead of the defense to set her feet ready to fire from the perimeter. Not only a scoring threat from the outside, Murray will also use her speed to leak out on the fastbreak to get easy shots at the rim. What is underrated about Murray’s game is her ball-handling and playmaking ability. She always has the ball on a string and is excellent at pushing the tempo and making great decisions in the open court. Her passes are crisp, and Murray has a good feel for the game. In the future, Murray is a great candidate to be the primary floor general for any team she plays on.
Libby Harris – Brewster Academy/Team Saints – 5’3” – SG/PG – 2022
Harris is an excellent two-way player who plays bigger than her 5’3” frame. Harris’s quick choppy defensive slides help her stay in front of any ball-handler, and she makes it difficult for offensive players to get to high percentage scoring spots on the floor. She is a tough-nosed defender who will sacrifice her body and take momentum-swinging charges on bigger opponents. Harris is a fearless penetrator on offense who excels at initiating and finishing through contact. The crafty ball-handling combo guard is creative on the perimeter, breaking down the defender with an array of isolation moves before taking them to the hole. A proficient shooter from the outside, Harris also can knock down threes at a high clip displaying her smooth lefty stroke. Harris is a brilliant passer, specifically in transition. Her pinpoint outlet passes ignite the fastbreak and keeps the defense on their heels. So poised and confident with the ball in her hand, Harris is one of the more trustworthy ball-handlers and playmakers you will see.
Elizabeth Blinn – Concord High – 6’1” – PF/C – 2022
Blinn is a double-double machine who can dominate opponents on both ends of the floor. A strong inside presence who displays power and force when catching the ball in the paint and going up for a field goal. She does a great job getting low position and using strong drop steps to create space on her hook shots. A nightmare to defend in the post, Blinn draws many fouls and is a big who can make defenses pay with sufficient free-throw shooting. Despite being an automatic bucket around the basket, Blinn also has a great jump shot with range extending beyond the three-point line. A rare stretch 5, Blinn shows nice touch from three, and the threat on the perimeter opens up the lane for the slashers on the team. A physical rebounder, Blinn does not solely rely on her 6’1” size to rip boards off the rim. She always makes the conscious effort to be physical, find a body to push out the key, and attack the glass with ferocity. An anchor for the Concord High defense, the junior big patrols the paint well and shows impeccable timing when challenging shots at the rim.
Catherine Cole – Lebanon High/Team Saints – 5’7” – PG/SG – 2022
A tireless on-ball defender, Cole infuriates opposing players with her tenacious, aggressive defense. Cole does an excellent job being physical and getting into the ball handler’s air space, forcing them to give up the ball. Her high defensive IQ helps her read passes, making it a point of emphasis to be in the right position on the weak side. A ball hawk in a full-court trap, Cole forces rushed passes and turnovers from her relentless activity. A three-point specialist on offense, the 5’7” combo guard moves well without the ball relocating to open spots on the floor to knock down perimeter shots comfortably. Cole is such a dangerous shooter, especially off Lebanon offensive rebounds. Cole’s court awareness and ability to reset her feet behind the line on second-chance opportunities adds another layert to Lebanon’s offense giving the rebounder a reliable kick-out option from the outside. She is a corner-three maestro who can shred a zone defense, and with her teammates’ quick ball movement, Cole always settles into comfortable jump shots.
