Handles the ball well, can play inside-outside. Finished the game with 8 points, and going 4-4 from the line. Bright future for Adrena! Handles the rock well. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="212899" first="Gwen" last="Stare"]: G, 5’9, 2022, Newark- </strong>Fabulous guard to watch, that is the complete package. She’s a play maker, so active on the court, handles pressure well, and can create a game for herself with dribble drive moves to the paint, and knock down baskets behind the arc. Outstanding performance, with 16 points, and 6 assists! (<em>Featured Photo, with ball)</em> <strong>Mady Stottsberry, G, 5’7, 2021, Newark- (</strong><em>Pictured below with ball) </em>Another fiesty, strong guard for the Wildcats, who sees the court, finds gaps in opponents defense, and capitalizes with her 3’s and dribble penetration. Her ball fakes are fantastic- such a simple move that isn’t used enough, but frees her up for shots. Solid defender. Sits low on defense, always moving her feet. <strong>Cassidy Stainton: G, 5’11, 2021, Mt. Notre Dame- </strong>Provided valuable minutes for her team, and held her own inside the paint defensively. Had two huge blocks that gave her team momentum. Her length and solid footwork gives her advantages against opponents. <strong>Dekota Smith: G, 5’7, 2023, Toledo Notre Dame-  </strong>Smith plays solid defense, and as a young guard, makes good decisions in their offense and on transition. Handles the ball well, quick feet, and without question, a player who’s going to continue making an impact for this program. <strong>Aly Ray: G, 5’8, 2021, Toledo Notre Dame- </strong>Fun guard to watch, smooth outside shooter, and made smart decisions running the offense. Great handles, and doesn’t need a lot of space to knock down shots. Finished with 8 points, and dished out 5 assists!
