Jillyan Sheldon Jillyan Sheldon 6'2" | C Hays | 2024 KS , 6’2″, C, Hays, Wheat State Elite – Sheldon leads the second half of the debuters, entering at #55. Club coach Craig Nicholson describes her as pretty mobile with her size, has really good hands where she catches the ball, and does a great job of keeping the ball high. He also says she does a great job moving her feet and blocking/altering shots on the defensive end.
Liberty Kies Liberty Kies 5'6" | CG Oxford | 2024 State KS , 5’6″, CG, Oxford – How Kies did not even receive honorable mention honors in the South Central Border League is beyond me. Entering at #56, she has quickness and handles to shoot a step-back three off the bounce and get to the basket. Kies also offensive rebounds well and goes back up quickly. She has a quick release and is solid defensively.

Southeast of Saline | 2024
State
KS
, 5’5″, PG, Southeast of Saline – Harris, entering at #59, often defending opposing post players due to the team lacking size and did so with quickness, smarts, and physicality. Offensively she handles well against half court pressure; can bury the three off the catch; makes soft, quick pass on the give and go; and is aggressive the hole. She earned North Central Activities Association all-league.
Maggie Shupe Maggie Shupe 5'8" | SF Minneapolis | 2024 State KS , 5’8″, SF, Minneapolis – Shupe has the speed and handles to go end-to-end off the rebound. She also defends solidly and fundamentally inside. She joins the rankings at #61.
Carly Dameron Carly Dameron 6'2" | C Eisenhower | 2024 State KS , 6’1″, C, Eisenhower – Dameron has good size and length that she uses well to disrupt entry passes. Has the back-to-basket ability to effectively use power dribbles to create scores. Dameron has solid transition speed as well. She enters the rankings at #62.

, 5’6″, PG, Macksville,
Next Level Eclipse
– Russell enters the ranks at #63. She is strong and a strong ball handler. She has quick hands who probably had eight steals against Kiowa County in December. She needs improvement in finishing in control with speed and in protecting the ball in the mid-court. As she grows and refines her game I expect her to advance up the ranks.
Ashley Singhateh Ashley Singhateh 5'8" | PG Maize South | 2024 State KS , 5’7″, PG, Eureka, Western Kansas Elite – The Tri-Valley League first team selection joins the rankings at #69. She has solid handles and speed to navigate traffic in transition. She makes good decisions on breaks and can finish with speed.
Olivia Hands Olivia Hands 6'3" | C Pawnee Heights | 2024 State KS , 6’3″, C, Pawnee Heights – Hands joins the rankings at #71. A honorable mention Southern Plains-Iroquois Activities Association selection, she can finish with both hands and is a good free throw shooter. A player to watch as she gets stronger and grows her game.
Maggie Toerber Maggie Toerber 5'8" | SG Valley Heights | 2024 State KS , 5’9″, SG, Valley Heights – Toerber is expected to gain more floor time in the future due to a couple graduations and should sine. Joining the rankings at #72, she is fast, athletic, and handles the ball well.
Keira Mullen Keira Mullen 5'5" | CG Smoky Valley | 2024 KS , 5’5″, CG, Smoky Valley – #73. Despite her size, Mullen has the best post-up game on the team. She holds post-ups and moves her post-up with ball movement.
Delana Murk Delana Murk 5'8" | CG Valley Heights | 2024 State KS , 5’8″, W, Valley Heights – Murk is the final new addition to the ranks, joining at #74. She has a solid build, good speed, improving handles, and gathers her share of rebounds.
