Sexton really liked to use a euro-step and show the ability to score the ball from all 3 levels on the floor. Sexton a left-handed was able at times to pop off screens for open looks. Alexis plays always around the ball and seems to have a good knowledge of the game. Sexton was able to convert some short mid-range jumpers. Alexis really understands the angles on how to get her shot off and doesn’t look to force any shots.

[player_tooltip player_id="171763" first="Ja’Niyah" last="Waters"] - Lake View HS
Waters was great all day long with her play for the Wild Gators. Waters has great bloodlines in her family with a few relatives playing in the NFL over the years. Waters plays off the grid in Dillon County at a small Class 1A school. Waters was effective on the day picking up steals and scoring the ball in transition. Waters has good length and wasn’t afraid to dive on the floor for a loose ball at all today. Waters took plenty of high percentage shots today that led to several baskets. Ja’Niyah has the ability to play inside-out on the floor. Waters averaged 15.8 ppg this past season for the Lady Wild Gators.
[player_tooltip player_id="190144" first="Makayla" last="Street"] - Rock Hill HS (pictured on front)
Street does a great job slashing and attacking the basket. Street has a endless MOTOR that keeps going at all times for the Lady Bearcats. Street is most effective around the basket and just playing the game on constant activity. Makayla was able to finish a few times in transition with her ability to run the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id="297139" first="Brianna" last="Sams"] - Socastee HS
Sams is a bit of a combo forward with her play on the floor. Sams 5’10 sure does bring a great attitude and work ethic to the floor every time out for the Lady Braves. Brianna was able to finish around the cup or face-up here at times today. Sams isn’t flashy at all with her play but she sure doesn’t EVER lack effort on her part.
