Having already looked at the 17U and 16U teams, we move down to the 15U program to take a closer look at the top talents that will become impact players over the next few seasons.
Let’s go to the tape to see who really stands out on this team and why you should keep tabs on them moving forward.
We begin with a rising sophomore out of Southern Regional, Skylar Soltis, a 6-3 forward who has all the makings of a standout big. Her size is a massive advantage for her from the jump and she’s really taken advantage of it, especially her wingspan.

Soltis makes her living in the interior, making opponents work in the lane as she finds open scoring opportunities. She has a really nice hook shot and crashes the boards well on the offensive end.
Defense is the same story with Soltis as she’s a fantastic rebounder and is a brick wall in the lane. Good luck trying to get past her because she’s not budging one bit, and with a great shot-blocking ability at her disposal, she’s a matchup nightmare and will continue to be.
We move over to a very impressive rising sophomore guard who has already garnered our attention, Shayne Eldridge of Wall. She’s literally everything you look for in a guard and has all the makings of a big-time playmaker in the coming years.

Looking at the tape, she can really do it all on the floor, and that’s not an exaggeration. She’s a confident shooter and has great range for a point guard. She’s taking shots from outside the arc often, which allows her to expand her game more.
It adds another level to Eldridge’s game because that frees up her teammates and also frees up space in the lane to drive and score, which she does often. She plays with a strong level of grit and is always moving on the floor.
That really helps cause a lot of turnovers on the defensive end, which leads to fast break opportunities on the offensive end. She’s going to be an impact guard in a big way for Wall over the next season or two.
The last player we’ll be highlighting in this article is rising sophomore guard Eli Clark of Ocean Township. She burst onto the scene in the 2021 season as a freshman sensation and immediately became Ocean Township’s best perimeter shooter.
She’s continued that during the AAU season as well, shooting the lights out from beyond the arc. You can already tell that she’s going to be one of the best three-point shooters in the country from her high school tape.
Ok let’s have another Emily!! 3️⃣🏀 @TvrdikEmily great pass by Eli Clark. Way to find the 🔥 hand! @eliclark2024 pic.twitter.com/ULKZ4VAWJV

Someone with that amount of poise already as a freshman is destined to do some big things, especially playing in the always competitive Shore Conference.
Something that has also stood out watching her play is just her ability to impact the game in all facets of the game, whether that be through assisting, hauling in rebounds, making a defensive stand, or driving into the lane in a key situation late in the game on offense.
Clark has solidified herself as one of the best sophomore guards to watch out for in the Shore and her, like her teammates, will be a lot of fun to watch for the remainder of the AAU season and the upcoming high school season.
