If you were fortunate to be eyed by one of our writers, your name was added to the rankings list this session and we will continue to see you on the circuit. Again these list are a collection of evaluations of writers on our California circuit, one of us have seen them play and we are giving these girls some highlight in our rankings this session.
Morgan Edwards Morgan Edwards 5'7" | SG Serra HS | 2022 State CA – Cal Sparks – Serra 2022
Edwards stood out for her defensive ability. She’s a real solid defender on the wing. She has quick hands and get into the passing lanes. She applies strong pressure on the ball and is aggressive at all times. Offensively, she can handle the ball at times and make plays off the dribble. She’s a in the mold of a shooting guard. Can shoot with consistency from three and can get to the rim.
Tabitha Vanderhorst Tabitha Vanderhorst 5'5" | PG Mission College Prep | 2022 State CA – Cal Storm – Mission College Prep 2022
Vanderhorst was a solid point guard. She doesn’t try to do too much. She follows the game plan and can run a team’s offense. Steady leader and a solid ball-handler. She can dribble against defensive pressure. Sees the court well and looks to make the pass to the open teammate. Can shoot well from three-point range. A good defender who can create transition opportunities off of turnovers.
Nalani White Nalani White 5'11" | SF Mater Dei HS | 2022 State CA – West Coast Premiere – Mater Dei HS – 2022
White is a dynamic wing player that has the ability to either get to the rim and finish or pull up for a nice jumper off the glass for two. She can score from all three levels on the floor and is also a fierce defender, most times she gets the assignment to guard the opponents stud on the floor. She is also a good rebounder and can snatch a ball of the backboard, push the break and find a teammate for an assist and bucket. We love this kids game.
Katherine Csiszar Katherine Csiszar 6'0" | C Louisville HS | 2022 State CA – Louisville HS 2022
Csiszar is a what you call a solid post center for her school, she is tough, she has size and she is one of the better rebounding centers at her height. She can run the floor, get to the box and seal her opponent for scores underneath the rim. She is a good teammate and leads her team on the floor, which is very good for the teams morale. Again, her rebounding skills are very good, we were really impressed with that part of her game.
