Class of 2024 Standouts- Part 3
Reagan Quinn, 5-4 G, Toledo St. Ursula
Showed a lot of good athleticism on the court which made it difficult for her opponent. Moves well without the ball, able to create opportunities for her team. Solid defender which translated to her offense. Court vision was good, good basketball IQ.
Kassie Patterson, 5-2 G, London
She looked like a natural floor leader from the point guard spot with good skills both offensively and on the defensive side of the ball. She showed good range beyond the arc and really pushed the ball well in an uptempo style of game. She showed good court vision and did a good job finding her teammates. Had a little taste of varsity as a freshman, her game looks improved.
Macie Miller Macie Miller 5'4" | PG Old Fort | 2024 State OH , 5-4 G, Old Fort
She is a very special guard with a lot of tools. Has great court presence with very slick handles. Loves to play fast and can push tempo north-south easily. Very athletic, uses speed well and has a high motor. Has a productive pull-up jumper, good range and can shoot well oft the dribble. One of the best players in the building.
Mia Patterson, 5-5 G, Beavercreek
Another kid who has improved her game a lot this summer. Her role at the guard spot is one of physical play, able to control play and not be affected by physical play. She has strong hands and is able to play good on-ball defense. She plays under poise and has good enough handles to make plays for her team.
Savanah Laurenty, 5-9 G, Riverside
Her game caught my eye with her ability to create scoring opportunities for her team using her long, athletic body for deflections, pushing the good outlet pass for an easy score. She is a quick player who has good court vision. Smart, heady player. Can defend multiple positions and does well on the boards.
