Reese Wilson Reese Wilson 5'10" | SF Myers Park | 2024 State NC (Team Curry 15U UAA, PG, 2024, pictured above) crashes the boards looking for rebounds. She was constantly knocking the ball away from her opponents on defense causing them to have turnovers and regain the possession for her team. She tracks the ball well showing off her shot blocking ability. She even showed off some nice post moves in the paint using power dribbles to turn and score. She knows how to handle the ball bringing it up the court. She drives down the middle of the lane fighting through contact to make her points.
Molly Burns Molly Burns 5'7" | CG Ardrey Kell | 2024 State NC (PSB Elite 16U, PG, 2024) knows how to pick the pocket of her opponents and take it the other direction. She uses fakes to get around her opponents, and her fakes are effective since she is an excellent shooter that opponents always want to try to block. With that being said, she knows how to separate herself from her opponents to score.
Sheree Gidney Sheree Gidney 5'10" | PF Hickory Ridge | 2024 State NC (Team Curry 15U UAA, PF, 2024) showed off her ball moves using fakes to get around her opponents as she drove to the basket. She is aggressive in the paint going after rebounds, and she does not shy away from contact. She does a nice job moving without the ball to find the open areas, and she sees the floor well finding her open teammates to score.
Sanai Cole Sanai Cole 5'7" | PG Millbrook | Oak City Prep | 2025 State NC (Carolina Flames 15U EYBL, PG, 2025) has a nice floater that she showed off essentially catching and releasing the ball simultaneously. Her awareness of where she was on the court was certainly fun to watch in an athlete that is still so young. She hustles after loose balls, and she sneaks up on opponents even when they think they have sealed the possession again.
