The future looks very bright in Ohio as several players from the 2024/2025 classes put on a good show at the OGBR Top 64 event last weekend in Cincinnati.
<span style="font-family: ’arial black’, sans-serif;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Mia Patterson, 5-6 2024, Beavercreek</span></strong></span>
Her game continues to improve after a good month of June with her high school team. Impressed with her ability to show a very good work ethic and her court awareness is at a high level. She sees the floor very well and can lead the break to allow her team to capitalize on opportunities. Mia is a good passer with good handles and plays under control.
<span style="font-family: ’arial black’, sans-serif;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Shaunie Little, 5-3 2025, Columbus Africentric</span></strong></span>
Uses her athleticism to her advantage, able to get by her defender and score at the rim. She plays under control and despite only being a freshman this coming season, plays with poise. Good handles, savvy point guard can control the tempo and thrives at a faster pace. The next in a great line of players from Africentric.

She has a very solid floor game, able to use her long and athletic frame to create various scoring chances. She is quick and agile and can guard any position on the court. A good pick-and-roll player and on the boards, she is a good rebounder. Able to use good footwork in the paint, strong and physical.

Loves to play fast in transition, does a great job with the rebound and kick out leading to transition chances. Great court vision, next level passer and can get into position to get the ball and score. Quick hands on defense, can get deflections and tips and take the ball into the paint. Excellent body control, high level basketball IQ. One of the states best in her class.

Lightning quick and electric guard who can do it all. Extremely high motor and very energetic who can create offense off of her defense. Solid crossover, very good handles. Sees the floor well and good court vision.
