Providenza Allen, 5-9 2025, Big Walnut
Does a good job working in the paint and around the rim, able to create offense for herself. Showed me a good level of being able to use the pick and roll well, can score on that option. Skilled for such a young player, heading into her freshman season with a good skill set. Needs to just continue to compete and work on her game.
Ella Kirby, 5-8 2024, Portsmouth Notre Dame
I love her physical aggressive style of play and her presence around the ball. She doesn’t give up on the play, and effort is so important for younger players learning the game. She has good hands, and does a nice job with catching the ball and scoring at the rim. She is everywhere out there.
Gracie Anderson, 5-9 2024, Covington
Having seen her during the regular season in the Dayton area, I think she could have a very good future by just continuing to work. She does a good job with good handles and shows an ability to slash and finish at the rim. Good court awareness, smart basketball IQ.
Malaya Collins, 5-7 2025, Westerville North
A rising player heading into her freshman season, she is super athletic and makes plays with her speed and agility. She has good footwork and uses that to get into position to score. Good on-ball defender with the ability to create chances with active hands. Hope to see her somewhere this fall to continue to follow her progress.
Aniyah Carter, 4-9 2025, Lloyd Memorial
What a spitfire and so lightning quick, she can take over a game and force turnovers allowing easy scoring chances for her team. She has good body control and can get to the rim. Just needs to continue to work on body control once she gets in the paint. Definitely one to watch as she heads into high school this fall.
