OSS- Angie’s 2022’s Standouts – Part 1

<strong>Samantha Hoelscher- 5’9, G, Marion Local H.S.  </strong>Hoeslscher makes great decisions on both ends of the court! She plays with no fear, and not afraid of contact while driving to the basket. Knows how to get to the charity stripe and is money! Active hands on defense, creating turnovers and easy fast break opportunities. She's athletic, and she can jump! Love her mid range shot. Plays consistent all game. (<em>Featured Photo)</em> <strong>Jocelyn Ramos- Chears- 5’11, G, Thomas Worthington H.S </strong>Jocelyn has been on my radar for a couple years now! Fantastic quickness, and with her length and agility, she can block and play excellent defense, creating problems for opposing teams.  Great finisher around the bucket, and has a pretty shot from outside.  She gets on a roll quick with 3's! Ramos- Chears is tough to stop. She's going to do great things at the next level. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="214487" first="Tori" last="Jones"]- 5’6, G, Dover H.S. </strong>I was impressed with Jones' game- she's a firecracker on defense! Her light feet and strong motor that doesn't slow down makes her tough both offensively and defensively. Handles the ball well, with no problem going coast to coast and scoring. When her feet are set, watch out, because she can drain the 3's! <strong>Jenna Horsley- 5’6, G, Teays Valley H.S. </strong>This young lady right here is a ball player! Horsley has a high basketball IQ, and leadership skills that are evident. Her ability to get teammates involved stand out. She possesses a quick release, both off the catch and off the dribble. And I'm convinced she can shoot behind the arc blindfolded! Beautiful outside shot! And defensively, she doesn't back off! Love her game! <strong>Anabelle Gogol- 6’2, F, Toledo Central Catholic H.S. </strong>The sky is the limit for Ana!  Ana is a beast in the paint, and makes sure opponents feel her presence! She controls the boards, seals her defender very well, allowing her to score on the block.  And her footwork is solid- I love how she muscles her way to the hoop! She creates opportunities to get to the line. College coaches, she's a gem!
