Dana Evans, 5-8 SG, West Clermont
A deadly knock down shooter, she is a coach on the floor from her shooting guard spot. Knows where everyone needs to be, deceiving player. Straight line speed not super quick while in half-court can picks her spot can get to the rim and score. Can compete at the next level at some spot. Tireless worker. Smart defender, can guard multiple spots.
Brooke Thompson, 6-2 P, Little Miami
Brooke runs the floor like a deer and can push the ball in transition. She has a nose for the ball and is a strong rebounder. Her presence changes shots. She defends well and has a great drop step to cut off the baseline. Can get to the line and if she is there, she will knock them down.
Mara Briscoe, 5-7 SG, Little Miami
Played well for the Dayton Metro along with Thompson this summer, she is automatic from the three. Has deep range, but don’t count out her defensive game. She is a lock down defender and is quick on her feet. She usually gets the assignment to lock down the best player, and she has done the job. Has good potential at the next level.
Malerie Ross, 6-2 P, Brookville
From what her AAU coach Phil Taylor told me, her game has really blossomed with a lot of hard work and skill development. I saw her last month and was impressed with how much more well-rounded she is on the court. She showed me some range and wasn’t afraid to power the ball to the rim. She rebounded well and defensively was a big difference maker around the rim. Opening the eyes of coaches with her improvement.
Kiley Dyrlund Kiley Dyrlund 5'11" | PF Uniontown Lake | 2022 State OH , 6-0 G, Glen Oak
This NE Ohio senior can guard all five positions, she is an elite defender on-ball and in help-side. Kiley does a good job on the boards, is a productive rebounder. She is a slasher with great passing ability, more comfortable as a driver than a jump shooter right now. Long arms and really good in transition.
