<span style="font-weight: 400;">July 30th & 31st, I went down to Oklahoma City to attend the 2021 MAYB Girls National Tournament. Here are some of the players that caught my attention. </span>
<b>[player_tooltip player_id="156308" first="Trinity" last="Lutters"]</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">, 5’4”, G, Osborne, 2023, Waconda Lakers - Lefty who showed a high ability to catch & shoot the 3pt shot. Was also able to pull up from the midrange. Does a great job of moving without the ball.</span>

<b>Sariyah Williams</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">, 6’1”, F, Gardner-Edgerton, 2023, Kansas Pride - Good sized post who did a good job of carving up space in the paint. Did a good job of tracking down rebounds. Solid right-handed post moves. Also showed the ability to step out and defend in open space. </span>
<b>Abri Leiker</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">, 5’7”, G, Gardner-Edgerton, 2023, Kansas Pride - Physical guard with a strong right-handed drive. Absorbs contact on her drives to the basket. Good feet on the defensive end of the floor and can really lock up players. Plays with great energy. </span>
<b>[player_tooltip player_id="94971" first="Rebecca" last="Snyder"]</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">, 6’0”, F, Emporia, 2023, Lady Spartans - Long, athletic forward who plays with great energy and really gets up and down the floor. Has the ability to finish with both hands around the basket. Was able to catch in the open floor, handle the ball and finish while being contested. On the defensive end, with her length, she was able to affect shots. </span>

<b>[player_tooltip player_id="191202" first="McKenna" last="Vogl"]</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">, 5’11”, F, Pretty Prairie, 2022, WKE Cossman - Plays bigger than her 5’11 frame. Can face up from 15ft and has the ability to beat defenders off the bounce. She also stepped out behind the 3pt arc and looked comfortable shooting the ball. High level offensive rebounder and did a good job finishing in traffic. Has good vision as a passer. Blocked and affected multiple shots defensively. </span>
<b>[player_tooltip player_id="94005" first="Rachel" last="Fischer"]</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">, 6’0”, C, Medicine Lodge, 2022, WKE 2022 - Soft hands and good touch around the basket. Can finish with either hand. Does a good job of using her frame to get post position. Changes ends of the floor to get early position in the paint. </span>
<b>[player_tooltip player_id="125003" first="Katelyn" last="Hurla"]</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">, 5’5”, G, St. Marys, 2022, KS Twisters - Crafty guard who does a great job of setting her teammates up to score. Always looking to make the extra pass and pushes the ball in transition. When open, can knock down the three point shot. Quick hands defensively and gets lots of deflections and steals. </span>
<b>[player_tooltip player_id="191204" first="Mellany" last="Roenne"]</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">, 5’10, F, Jeff West, 2022, KS Twisters - As an undersized stretch 4, the left-handed forward can really get downhill and finish at the rim. Plays through contact at the basket. Stepped out and can shoot comfortably behind the arc. Can play physical defense in the post and can defend any guard position. </span>
