Watkins has a Final 4 list of Kentucky, Mississippi State, North Carolina and South Carolina. Watkins averaged 16.2 ppg, 11.7 rebounds, 2.8 steals, 2.7 blocks and 2.1 assists last year. Winthrop plays in the Big South Conference. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="266086" first="Nadia" last="Dial"] - Fort Mill HS (pictured on front) </strong> Dial had a strong summer playing with the Lady Attack Elite program. Nadia feels very comfortable playing face-up to the basket as a stretch 4 man. Dial feels very comfortable putting the ball on the floor and knocking down perimeter jumpers. Lewis has won the past 2 Class 3A State Championships with the Lady Raiders. Ashari can play face-up to the basket with her ability to hit perimeter jumpers. Lewis brings good versatility to the floor with her ability to defend in the paint and out on the perimeter. Quantashia runs the very well from the forward position and covers a lot of ground in the passing lanes. Davis has a good nose for the ball and will score on several put-backs close to the basket. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="173108" first="Talayah" last="Hamilton"] - Strom Thurmond HS (Johnston)</strong> Hamilton recently had ACL surgery. Jailyn knows her game is inside the paint and there’s where she plays. Jailyn does all the dirty work of rebounding the ball at a high rate. Prep Girls Hoops saw her play 4 times this summer and one-time playing with a broken toe and sprained finger. Oree secured 17 rebounds in this game back in July. Gattis plays volleyball in the fall for the Lady Trojans. Grant can handle the ball up the floor in transition and at times shows some crafty passing skills.
