The top player, Madison St. Rose Madison St. Rose 5'10" | PG St. John Vianney | 2022 State #65 Nation NJ , remains unchanged, a Princeton commit and standout guard at St. John Vianney, the consensus top program in New Jersey from several publications, including Prep Girls Hoops New Jersey.
St. Rose has been an absolute superstar and continues to get better season by season, especially on the powerhouse AAU program that is the Philly Rise 17U team.
It’s full of future college standouts, and St. Rose is atop that list. She has been fantastic so far this summer, really showing a great amount of all-around growth.
The key thing with her now is that she’s starting to tweak the weaknesses in her game, which are few and far in-between. That’s how good she’s become is that she’s finding that there really aren’t any weaknesses in her game, and this senior season for her is going to be an exciting one.
Our No. 2 prospect in the 2022 class in New Jersey is Paulina Paris Paulina Paris 5'9" | PG Saddle River Day | 2022 State NJ , who has shot up the rankings and made herself known in a big way this summer, playing for the NJ Sparks.
The guard from Saddle River Day is just clicking on all cylinders and has proven to be one of the best pure shooters and scorers in the state.
She looks more comfortable and dominant than ever before, and this most recent summer AAU season has paid dividends toward her future success on the floor. Expect a big season out of her with Saddle River Day in the always competitive Shore Conference.
Our No. 3 2022 prospect and the last player we’ll be discussing in this article is Justine Pissott Justine Pissott 6'3" | SG Red Bank Catholic | 2022 State NJ , a standout from Red Bank Catholic and one of the most dynamic players in this class based on her height alone.
She’s a versatile player at 6-3, able to shine both as a guard and forward and she’s easily able to do both. Her knack for scoring is uncanny and is a fantastic playmaker and clutch player on both sides of the ball.
Pissott thrives in pressure-packed moments, which is perfect for the Tennessee commit, as she’ll have some major teams and moments ahead of her in the SEC when she gets to college. For now, we’ll enjoy watching her absolutely dominate on the floor for the Caseys this upcoming high school season.
We have more content surrounding the 2022 prospect rankings list coming soon, so stay tuned with Prep Girls Hoops New Jersey.
