PGH Rankings Class of 2022 Stockrisers- Part 2

Southwest Ohio is represented by several players in the PGH Rankings, including several who saw their stock rise in the latest update. Here are several more kids from the Dayton/Cincinnati areas who saw an increase in the latest ranking: <span style="font-family: ’arial black’, sans-serif;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">[player_tooltip player_id="32608" first="Claire" last="Henson"], 5-11 Valley View<img class="size-medium wp-image-297288 alignright" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/pgh/uploads/2021/06/Henson2-rotated-crop-431x283-1623635559-300x197.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="197" /></span></strong></span> Claire <em>(pictured right) </em>showed a lot of improvement over the past several months, knowing her role would increase even more this coming season. She had a great summer, landed some D1 offers and continues to prove to the coaches at the next level she belongs. Love the way she manages a game, able to utilize her offense and defense effectively to produce results for her team. Penetrates well, can score from inside or out, great range. Moves up to #29 in the latest 2021 rankings. <span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: ’arial black’, sans-serif;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="269816" first="Isabella" last="Cassoni"], 5-7 Waynesville</strong></span> Bella has made her decision to attend Wright State next season as she bring a lot to the table. She is very assertive with the ball, loves to command the ball and run the offense. Very gritty and hard nosed, incredibly skilled from the perimeter, can score from anywhere with deep range. She will be in your face defensively and creates opportunities for her team. She moves up to #32 in the state rankings. <span style="font-family: ’arial black’, sans-serif;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><img class="size-medium wp-image-231183 alignleft" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/pgh/uploads/2020/11/Long-300x197.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="197" />[player_tooltip player_id="269821" first="Anna" last="Long"], 5-10 Miamisburg</span></strong></span> This D1 recruit also moves up in the latest ranking update to #39 as she has a complete game that can hurt you in many ways. Not only does she have a very proficient perimeter game that can open up a zone, she also can put the ball on the floor and get to the rim, a solid slasher and finisher. Smart basketball IQ with great court vision, can run in transition and finish. <em>(pictured left)</em> <span style="font-family: ’arial black’, sans-serif;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">[player_tooltip player_id="269819" first="Serenity" last="Castle"], 5-8 Springfield Catholic Central<img class="size-medium wp-image-294724 alignright" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/pgh/uploads/2021/06/Serenity-Castle2.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="200" /></span></strong></span> Serenity <em>(pictured right) </em>debuts in the top 60 in the latest rankings at #50 moving up from the Watch List after having a very consistent summer with the Dayton Metro. She shined in PGH Circuit events the last couple of months, showcased her ability to handle the ball in transition and can score inside or out. Likes the three-point range but also loved to zip the past through the defense to a moving teammate for the score. Improved defender, can create havoc. <span style="font-family: ’arial black’, sans-serif;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">[player_tooltip player_id="32617" first="Kyla" last="Oldacre"], 6-5 Mason</span></strong></span> Bigtime power 5 recruit with unlimited potential. She had an incredible NIKE National series averaging a double-double. She is a powerful offensive threat around the rim, bigtime scorer and shot blocker, cleans the glass and protects the ball.
