A look at some more players who shined throughout the day last Sunday in Portsmouth.

My opinion the best player on the day at the event, she continues to show why her ceiling is unlimited. Plays with a great travel club with Team Ohio, she does everything at a high level. Able to play in transition and push the ball north-south well. Has an excellent perimeter game with good range. Can distribute the ball well with good court vision. Precision passer. (feature photo above)

Long athletic wing can use her length defensively to alter and block shots. Can take the ball to the rim with authority and finish against contact. Her on-ball defense is stellar, able to guard multiple positions on the court. Showed a good perimeter game, smart player with a high basketball IQ.
[player_tooltip player_id="313096" first="Abbey" last="Hicks"], 5-7 2022, Coal Grove
Good court vision, can play either guard spots. Very good outlet passer and can finish open plays in transition. Able to control game and tempo. Defensively, she has active hands, can pressure her defender and create problems.
Addison West, 5-11 2024, Lynchburg Clay
Second week in past month I have seen her play, really like her court presence and plays her position under control. Very talented shooting guard with positive swagger on the court. Moves well without the ball, can get into position to make the play for her team. Puts good defensive pressure on her opponent.
Lanie Lipps, 5-4 2025, Ross
Savvy fiery point guard with good footspeed. Not afraid of contact even at her size. She looks to put the ball on the floor and push the ball to the rim. Small in stature, big in heart, like the way she is able to control her position. Good defender, turns her opponent. Can get downhill and make things happen.
