Lanae Riley Lanae Riley 5'11" | C Akron Hoban | 2022 State OH 6’0 PF, Akron Hoban High School – This post player is not your original post player. She is very dominant overall. Good size, and is very physical. Has the ability to shoot behind the perimeter. Watching her shot develop from previous events before to knocking down nine threes in a big performance. Runs the floor very well, and plays hard. You rarely see this young lady run out of gas. Dribbling the basketball, and playing around the rim is a good part of her game. Her mid-range game is solid as well.
Mya Perry Mya Perry 5'11" | SF Reynoldsburg | 2022 State OH 5’10 , Guard, Reynoldsburg High School – A pure shooter. The Ohio State commit is very effective getting to the basket and plays through contact. She is as sure as they come when talking about a sharpshooter. Plays with swagger, and shoots with confidence. She does not need space to shoot, she just needs the ball in her hands. Would like to continue to follow this young lady’s success this year and watch the development in her ability to handle the ball.
Zennia Thomas Zennia Thomas 6'2" | PF Warrensville Heights | 2022 State OH 6’2, Warrensville High School – Long, and athletic player. Uses her body well, and uses her advantage in size to put you in the post, and knock down the mid-range or deep ball. Her handles have gotten better, and would like to continue to watch as her development in ball handling could improve her stock level. This young lady plays with a lot more passion and is having fun now when she is playing from the last time I saw her and seems to have improved in her physical strength and confidence level.
Taylor Johnson 5’8, Guard, Brush Highschool- A player that is amazing to watch. She is explosive at the rim. Her basketball skill level is very impressive. An athletic player that can play on and off the basketball. Will continue to watch this young lady as her season goes on. She shoots the basketball very well and development in getting her shot off faster will only make her a harder to guard player. Her aggressive style of play is high level, she does not back down and she takes it to whoever.
Asianae Nicholson 6’1, Forward, Brush High School – Explosive and ready to take off. Rebounding the basketball, and her ability to catch and attack the basket through contact is a sight to see. Her work ethic is superb, and her shot-blocking ability is very impressive. Finishes around the rim well. The development in her mid-range game will make this young lady’s game better and add to her already great ability to do things on both ends of the floor.
