Prep Girls Hoops New Jersey has released its 2022, 2023 and 2024 prospect lists and the 2025 prospect list will be coming out soon.
We return to the 2022 list, the best seniors to watch out for in the fall, and in this one, we look at No. 12-14 on the list, some fantastic players in the Garden State.
No. 13: Madison Schiller Madison Schiller 5'8" | CG Ramapo | 2022 State NJ – 5-8 CG, Ramapo
Schiller was as fantastic as they come out of Ramapo in the spring, posting a double-double average, including 16.9 PPG, just under her career-high scoring average, which she posted as a sophomore.
The most underrated part of her game is her passing as she averaged 5.7 APG last season, which along with her rebounding and scoring, shows how much of a well-rounded player she is.
What came through in the spring and summer is her defensive prowess, with well over four steals and one block a game. Schiller is now Ramapo’s best returning shot-blocker, so we’ll see her add that extra dimension to her game in the fall.
No. 14: Sophia Berisha Sophia Berisha 5'9" | SG Old Tappan | 2023 New E – 5-9 SG, Old Tappan
In just her season on varsity, Berisha had one of the best and more underrated seasons of any player in the state.
Old Tappan was only able to play eight games in the spring, bur the guard made them count, posting two 30+ point performances as she averaged 22.1 PPG and 10.5 RPG as well as just over two steals and two blocks a game.
On top of all of that, she nearly hit 3 three-pointers a game in the spring, just mind-boggling numbers that catapulted her into the forefront of the conversation for the best of the best in the state.
No. 15: Nile Miller Nile Miller 6'1" | PF Woodbury | 2022 State NJ – 6-1 PF, Paul VI
Miller has been as advertised and then some for Paul VI over the past several years, with a special emphasis on the spring as she and the Eagles were the class of South Jersey.
The 6-1 forward and Howard Bison commit has everything you look for in an explosive forward who can change the momentum of the game on a dime. Miller is especially aggressive in the lane on offense, a relentless scorer who uses the paint to her advantage.
On defense, she mans the middle well and is incredibly agile, really helping out her overall game which already feels complete. Over the summer with Team BBA, she worked on some tiny adjustments that are going to take herself to the next level in the fall and beyond.
Keep everything here with Prep Girls Hoops as we have plenty more prospect and team coverage with the high school season fast approaching in New Jersey.
