Flight Hankamp Open Runs have been a huge success. There have been 2 in Jackson, Michigan at the Michigan Sports Facility. The third is scheduled for October 30 at Lake Michigan College. This is a huge opportunity for players to play on campus in front of coaches that want to see them play, as well as a chance to get scouted and gain exposure. It seems like she shows up every single game and her name always sticks out in the stat sheet. It’s like she’s a guaranteed 10 points every night. It’d be fun to see her match up at the open run. <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="227595" first="Jordyn" last="Byrd"] (2022, SG, Lansing Waverly)</strong> Byrd is a 2 guard that can glide down the floor. She has a nice crossover move to attack the basket and has a quick and accurate trigger with her jump shot. Guilford just played so well since late last high school season, that I want to see more. She’s an athletic wing that has the ability to attack and pick up hustle points.
