Enjoy this look at Team #2 players from the Sunday, October 3, PGH Top 250 Exposure Event at Hy-Vee Arena, Kansas City, Missouri. The evaluations are blend of notes from my colleagues Earl Austin, Phillipe McCree, and me.

Played physical in the post. Curl showed speed, quickness, headiness, and finishing ability in transition.
[player_tooltip player_id="544008" first="Maddie" last="Gragg"], 5'9", SG, Seaman (KS), 2026 - Long, athletic guard who can create off the bounce as well as shoot. Was always shot ready on the catch. Serious quick trigger. She will immediately impact at Seaman.
Ellianna Grambling, 5'11", PF, Grain Valley (MO), 2024 - Grambling is solidly built and looks to box when shots go up. She also set screens away from the ball to free teammates. Solid footwork. On transition plays she often trailed often through no fault of her own. Her teammates working defenders over on the perimeter created many opportunities to run. Would like to see her use those to her advantage, using a burst to flash to the block or down the lane. Defensively she gave adequate space on the perimeter to help on drives and cut off flashes into gaps. Looking forward to seeing her again as she continues to polish her game and ratchet up the aggressiveness.

Whether off the catch or from her own pull up off of a couple dribbles, there was little wasted movement. Drilled her share from beyond the arc.
[player_tooltip player_id="227685" first="Avery" last="Larson"], 5'7", CG, Manhattan (KS), 2023 - Lefty with the ability to shoot quickly. Did a good job of finishing in traffic. Made some nice passes to set up teammates. Ran the break well and shot well off the catch.

Photo: Prep Girls Hoops.[/caption][player_tooltip player_id="231281" first="Amani" last="Lipscomb"], 5'2", PG, Andover (KS), 2024 - Lipscomb just keeps building toward the start of the high school season. She showed elite speed to the basket. She used a nice bag of tricks to set defenders up to run into screens, lean wrong, and otherwise give her a path to the hoop. Lipscomb also showed an ability to loft finishing shots over post players helping out. Her quickness and defensive prowess showed against stronger guards she defended. Did a great job of keeping ball handlers in front of her and otherwise irritating them to turn the ball over.

Photo: Prep Girls Hoops.[/caption][player_tooltip player_id="335930" first="Grace" last="McCallop"], 5'9", PG/SG, Bishop Miege (KS), 2025 - McCallop showed herself to have an explosive first step and a good playmaker. Athletic with a high basketball IQ she handled the ball well and finished through contact. She is a really good on-ball defender blessed with very quick hands. Often first on the floor after loose balls - usually after she caused them.

Definitely an under-the-rader player who deserves attention. Hopefully Bishop Seabury will pull it together and put a team on the floor this season.
[player_tooltip player_id="335958" first="Zoey" last="Stec"], 5'5", SG, Maur Hill-Mount Academy (MO), 2022 - Stec showed herself to be a strong player who can shoot as well as defend effectively.
