2022 Rankings: Top Power Forwards and Posts

With the latest 2022 ranking update we’ve surpassed 100 ranked players in the class and almost definitely missed some worthy of ranking. Here’s a look at the top Power Forwards and Posts in the Senior class rankings. [player_tooltip player_id="106143" first="Anaya" last="Brown"], Lafayette - Anaya has a ton of potential and just keeps getting better. Already committed to Tennessee-Martin, Brown should be the best player in the 11th region this season. She's a disruptive force on defense and her offense just keeps getting better. [player_tooltip player_id="106135" first="Alyssa" last="Elswick"], Shelby Valley - An early commitment to Thomas More, Elswick is one of the more consistently underrated players in the Senior class. Alyssa is a post who can score with the back to the basket or she can stretch the floor with shooting. She's a matchup problem for nearly every team they face. [player_tooltip player_id="323009" first="LynKaylah" last="James"], Bowling Green - James had a breakout Junior season and has now established herself as one of the best players in Western Kentucky. LynKaylah is a nightmare matchup for opponents in the 4th region as she is nearly automatic when she's able to get position on the block and can score over either shoulder. [player_tooltip player_id="31877" first="Patience" last="Laster"], Franklin County - Another true post player who does most of her damage on the block, Laster should see more of the Lady Flyers offense run through her this season. Patience is a good rebounder who has gotten better at out of area rebounding over the last year or so. [player_tooltip player_id="106150" first="Sereniti" last="Webb"], Simon Kenton - Coming back off an injury, Webb is a player who could shoot up the rankings with a strong Senior campaign. Sereniti is capable of scoring on the block or catching and shooting or putting the ball on the floor.
