2024, 6’1, SF, Kimora Jackson – Big that can score in the paint if given the opportunity to do it, she can get to the rim and seal and finish. She has great size and is one of the bigger girls in the tournament, standing at about 6’1 or more. She rebounds well and gets the ball out to the guards to push the rock down the floor. She is also a willing shot blocker for her team.
2022, 5’8, CG, Alexis White – Good rebounder in the paint on the offensive and defensive sides of the court, can get up and down the floor. She is more agile and athletic for her team, but she is one of the two twin-towers that Washington is putting out on the floor. This girl can run the floor and make plays for her team.
Cantwell Sacred Heart Players Who Impressed:
2023, SG, Leilony Cruz – She has some smooth tendencies to her game, swag I would say, she is talented on the court in our opinion. She can push the ball and score, she can shoot the ball from all three levels on the floor. She has good size for a guard and is very skilled in using her body to get wherever she wants on the court. Watch her weave thru the defense and pull up and make a three pointer in heavy traffic, which was very impressive to me.
2022, SG, Alyssa Miller – She is a three point shot threat each and every time on the court, she steps into her shot and can knock down the shot with no effort. She can catch and shoot, she can swing thru and get to the rim, but her best attribute in the pull up shot she showed us numerous times. She has nice size for a player and is capable of putting it on the floor and making a floater over defensive players.
