<p style="text-align: left;">Yesterday some some very high quality basketball as both holiday tournaments and individual games took place. I’m going to give 5 players that had big games on Monday.</p>
So here it is, your Big 5 from Monday:
<strong>Chelsea Bishop (2024, SG, Grand Blanc)</strong>
Bishop was the leading scorers in her team’s 68-42 win over Grossed Pointe South. She started I’m the Motor City Roundball Classic game, dropping a cool 25 spot. Bishop was incredibly efficient and showed that she could score in bunches in the flow of the offense. If Bishop can continue this type of play, the combination of her and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="190720" first="Jada" last="McCree"] </strong>will be a nightmare for opponents.
<strong>Anayya Davis (2025, SG, Utica Ford)</strong>
Davis showed off her game at the Motor City Roundball Classic. She had 14 points in an impressive victory over Ann Arbor Huron. Davis was an athletic and poised shot taker and maker in the contest. Davis proved to be a freshman to watch as the season rolls along.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="227586" first="Ella" last="Kruschka"] (2022, SG, South Lyon East)</strong>
Kruschka was essential in South Lyon East’s victory over Macomb Dakota. She finished the night with 21 points. Kruschka showed off an impressive jumper and some underrated ball skills.
<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="244270" first="Anna" last="Lassan"] (2024, SF, South Lyon East)</strong>
Lassan was simply super in a tough win over a game Macomb Dakota team. Lassan had a game high 26 points in the win. She was just too strong and too skilled to slow down on Monday. Lassan scored in a variety of ways as well.
<strong>June Miller (2024, SG, Blissfield)</strong>
This was a great win for Blissfield over South Lake and Miller was essential in the victory. She led her team with 15 points, but her performance was much more than that. Miller hit timely buckets and was a huge momentum type player. She showed a ton of poise throughout the contest.
