Here are some talented players of the graduating class of 2022 climbing the watch list with their skills on the court. With their senior season in the swing of things, these players can do it all and are willing to get better as the year goes on.

One thing that caught my eye watching the Virginia Tech commit for the first time at the Journey to the Tourney, she was not scared to let the three-point shot fly. She was in foul trouble early but that did not stop her from stepping up and doing better for her team. She took the ball with a passion to the basket and did not give up.

After her last game against Butler, she broke the school record of points. Playing against this talented point guard for the two of my four years of high school it was tough to stop her off the dribble. She is so smooth with the basketball and can do it all. When she drives to the basket, she makes it all worth it. As she signed with Wright State to continue her academic and athletic career, I know she will make a statement there as well.
[player_tooltip player_id="92539" first="Hailey" last="Unger"], 5-8 2022, Arcanum

Outside of practice and games you always see her putting in the work in her free time. If you leave her open outside the three-point line, she makes you pay for it. A player always wants to get better.
[player_tooltip player_id="211796" first="Bella" last="Ward"], 5-11 2022, Gahanna Lincoln
Xavier commit and she lets everyone know why she is going D-1 as she uses her long wingspan to stop her defenders down in the post. As she shoots anywhere on the court it is hard to get a hand up with her long arms. She is a legit three-point shooter, and you cannot leave her open. (featured photo above)

Her quick and active hands on the defensive end, causing all kinds of problems for her opponent. As she creates steals, they turn into points on the other end. She has the excellent court vision and can make passes you don’t see coming. She will continue to put in as much work as she can.
[player_tooltip player_id="32608" first="Claire" last="Henson"] 5-10 2022, Valley View-
A tall and lengthy-sized post player who can let it fly from anywhere. She was a lady hoop star as she continues to shine in her senior year. I feel bad for her defender when she gets the ball down low, she can handle the ball very well and can hurt you in many ways. It is hard to guard her with the length of her arms. She is a poised player who is hard to get around on the defensive end.
[player_tooltip player_id="159378" first="Sarah" last="Ochs"] 5-5 2022, Carroll
Her size does not let that bother her. She can utilize her small size to get around her defenders and use her nasty mid-range jump shot. Her quickness on both ends of the floor makes it hard for her opponents to score and stop her as she handles the ball very well. She can hurt you from the outside and scores as her defense creates into offense.
