Thanks to everyone who has sent in some great performances this past week. Here are several players who had good performances around the Buckeye state:
<span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: ’arial black’, sans-serif;"><strong>Cali Gregory, 5-10 2024, Convoy Crestview</strong></span>
Showed a good perimeter game as Crestview earned a hard fought 50-43 victory over Spencerville to run their record to 6-0 on the season. Gregory scored 24 points with five rebounds and three blocks in the victory. She is a solid guard who can not only score but is also a proficent defender.

The Wright State signee <em>(pictured left) </em>had her debut last week after dealing with an illness the start the season. In her first game of the season, Taylor dropped 20 points with 12 rebounds to complete the double-double, while dishing out three assists. She was 8-17 from the field and once she got through the first quarter to get her rhythm going, it led the team to a higher level of play. She was very poised and under control in the game. She is very close to the all-time school career scoring record.

Mackenzie <em>(pictured right) </em><em>scored</em> 21 points and had 15 rebounds for Nelsonville York as they defeated Meigs 79-60. She is headed to Youngstown State and despite struggling from the perimeter in this game, Hurd adjusted her game and started to use dribble penetration to contribute and lead the way for Nelsonville-York.
<span style="font-family: ’arial black’, sans-serif;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">[player_tooltip player_id="360800" first="Lily" last="Bottomley"], 6-2 2023, Northwest</span></strong></span>
Huge night last week with 31 points and 14 assists scoring at every angle for Northwest. She handled the paint and connected beyond the arc. She gets double and triple teamed and couldn’t be denied, playing the passing lanes and jumped passes for five steals.
<strong><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: ’arial black’, sans-serif;">Kaleigh Murphy, 5-8 2022 Coal Grove</span></strong>
It was a thrilling overtime game for Coal Grove as they defeated Rock Hill, and Kaleigh was a key part of the win. She is an excellent perimeter shooter including from behind the arc came up big in this close game, scoring 28 points with 18 rebounds.
<span style="font-family: ’arial black’, sans-serif;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">[player_tooltip player_id="319037" first="Kamryn" last="Barnitz"], 5-7 2025, Proctorville Fairland</span></strong></span>
One of the top freshman in the state who is off to a very good start for the Eastern Ohio school. Not only did she score 13 points against Portsmouth, she was 3-3 from behind the arc and did a great job slowing down the standout from Portsmouth Daysha Reed. <em>(feature photo above)</em>

One of the top juniors in the state of Ohio, Ella <em>(pictured left) </em>joined some special company by scoring her 1,000th career point as Granville defeated Zanesville. Wigal scored 30 points in the game according to the director of her AAU club. Ella is a taller guard who can create and score in many ways.
<span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: ’arial black’, sans-serif;"><strong>Brooklyn Davis, 5-8 2023, Norwalk</strong></span>
A double-double is not rare anymore in todays game, but Brooklyn dropped a 20 point-20 rebound game last week against Lexington. Again according to her AAU club director, she had a big game as Norwalk had a big win. She is a forward with good ball skills and excellent court awareness.
