<span style="font-weight: 400;">Prep Hoops Staff was in attendance for the opening round of the 32nd Annual All A Classic State Tournament hosted at Paul S. McBrayer Arena on the campus of Eastern Kentucky University. All 16 teams played in the opening round on Wednesday. We have a collection of the best performances from the second session games.</span>

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Region 11 Berea vs</span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Region 3 Owensboro Catholic</span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Owensboro Catholic - Freshman Wing, Aubrey Randolph</span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Randolph is a smooth wing that does a little bit of everything for the Lady Aces. She was especially disruptive on defense using her length to get multiple deflections to secure rebounds and steals.</span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Berea - Senior Forward, Madison Howell</span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Howell was the most active and productive player finishing with 12 points, 8 rebounds, 5 steals, and 2 blocked shots.</span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Berea - Senior Forward, Alexis Newman</span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Newman was an impressive player all game using her versatility to affect the game in various ways. </span>

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Region 6 Louisville Holy Cross</span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Whitefield Academy - Junior Guard, </span><b>[player_tooltip player_id="329426" first="Camryn" last="Poole"]</b>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Poole is the main playmaker for the Lady Wildcats. She does a great job distributing the ball to the right player at the right time in best spot on the court. Poole had a great game finishing with 15 points, 10 rebounds, 6 assists, and 5 steals. </span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Whitefield Academy - Junior Wing, </span><b>[player_tooltip player_id="164406" first="Amy" last="Thompson"]</b>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Thompson is a true “stretch forward” that uses her size and skill to create open shots for herself and her teammates. Thompson led the Lady Eagles with 17 points. </span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Louisville Holy Cross - Senior Guard, </span><b>[player_tooltip player_id="157974" first="Callie" last="Wiegandt"]</b>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Wiegandt was the driving spirit for the Cougars on both ends of the floor. She is a playmaking guard that hit multiple clutch shots to keep her team close to the bitter end. Wiegandt led the way with 16 points. </span>

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Region 16 West Carter</span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Knott County Central - Sophomore Guard, </span><b>[player_tooltip player_id="167109" first="Kylie" last="Gayheart"]</b>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Gayheart is a shifty guard that made a ton of plays throughout the game. She played every minute of the game and finished with 12 points and 8 rebounds. </span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Knott County Central - Junior Guard, </span><b>[player_tooltip player_id="200349" first="Abby" last="Maggard"]</b>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Maggard is a quick guard that relentlessly attacks downhill towards the paint. She did a great job of using space around the court which freed her up to knock down all 3 of her 3-point shots.</span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">West Carter - Senior Guard, </span><b>[player_tooltip player_id="106140" first="Allie" last="Stone"]</b>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Stone’s overall game is refreshing to watch. She plays within herself and has a knack to make her offense look effortless. She led all scorers with 25 points. </span>

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Region 12 Danville Christian vs</span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Region 15 Pikeville</span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Danville Christian - Freshman Forward, Grace Mbugua</span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Mbugua is an athletic, tall forward that is going to be a household name in the near future. Mbugua already leads the state in rebounds. She alters shots all over the court and did an outstanding job of collecting tipped passes and deflections. Her outside is smooth, too. She finished with 12 points and 13 rebounds. </span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Pikeville - Sophomore Guard, </span><b>[player_tooltip player_id="167106" first="Trinity" last="Rowe"] </b><span style="font-weight: 400;">(#1 Player in 2024 Class)</span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Rowe is easily the most elusive and crafty guard at the event. She is a confident player that is mastering the perfect balance of creating shots for herself and setting her teammates up for easy opportunities. Rowe led the way with 18 points and 9 assists. </span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Pikeville - Freshman Guard, Leighan Jackson</span>
<span style="font-weight: 400;">Jackson was really impressive with how hard she plays! She is a focused player that is going to be a great asset for the Lady Panthers in the coming years. Despite only playing 13 minutes, she collected 7 offensive rebounds. </span>
