CITCity- Upperclassmen Razzle-Dazzle Performances- Part 1

<strong>[player_tooltip player_id="92516" first="Cate" last="Schieber"]- 5’9, G, 2022, Granville H.S.</strong> Schieber’s game is impressive. She’s a confident leader, with great court awareness, and sets up her teammates so well, whether it be from outside, or delivering crisp passes to the cutters.  I love how Cate lets the game just come to her. Her shooting display is fun to watch- she’s automatic. And her shots from downtown are spectacular! (<em>Featured Photo, #14)</em> <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="160415" first="Ella" last="Wigal"]- 5’11, G, 2023, Granville H.S.:  </strong>(<em>Below with ball)  </em>Wigal makes every possession count.  She plays with such high stamina, and will sacrifice her body to save the ball, or take it to the basket when she knows she’s about to get clobbered by multiple defenders. But it ultimately lies in the hands of players- [player_tooltip player_id="93557" first="Allie" last="Stockton"] listens.  She soaks in what she’s told, and executes. Her effort doesn't go unnoticed. Whether her team is leading, or losing, she finds ways to help the team. So physically strong! Great shooter, strong handles, and high basketball IQ. <img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-379127" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/pgh/uploads/2022/01/UNADJUSTEDNONRAW_thumb_4f1f.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="200" /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="32606" first="Chance" last="Gray"]- 5’11, G, 2022, Winton Woods H.S.:  </strong>(<em>Below with ball) </em>Gray is one of the purest, all-around players to come out of Ohio. She is an offensive nightmare for opponents, and finds the bottom of the net!  Beautiful pull up jumpers, and cross over moves that make you say "Whoa!"!  So savvy with the basketball. Never slows down, outstanding play-maker, and competes all game. Don't foul her-  she can make free throws with her eyes shut! Coach Kelly Graves and the Oregon Ducks are gonna love her! <img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-364048" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/pgh/uploads/2021/12/IMG_0723-300x300.jpeg" alt="" width="300" height="300" /> <strong>Daysia Thompson- 5’6, G, 2022, Winton Woods H.S.:   </strong>I've had the opportunity to watch Daysia on a few occasions- and she always impresses me with defense. She crashes the boards, is glued to her opponent. With the way she moves, she's gotta go through a few pairs of basketball shoes in a season! Thompson gets the ball moving well in half court, can nail the outside shots, and capitalize with her dribble penetration. Huge asset for Winton Woods.
