No introduction for the other freshman on the active roster of Fremd. Todd is a highly talented and scouted prospect. Todd’s skill set is effective at every position and angle on the court. She’s all around and has no drop-offs on the other side of the ball either. She is efficient, consistent, and plays the game effortlessly but with tons of effort. Her elite skillset as a freshman is nowhere near the peak. Tremendous upside and potential.
’25 Ellie Thompson Ellie Thompson 5'9" | CG Fremd | 2025 State IL | 5’8 Guard | Fremd
Smooth and unbothered. The Fremd freshman is one of the most talented guards in her class. She has multiple combinations of moves and a quick and silky release. She attacks the basket with confidence and can use her length to finish around the defense, through or over the top. From the arc, Thompson feels at home, she can light up the court quick and go off for 3-5 threes if given an inch of space.
’25 Diann Jackson Diann Jackson 6'1" | PF Kenwood | 2025 State IL | 6’1 Post | Kenwood
A solid post that uses her frame to get where she needs to go. Jackson has good footwork, and a light touch to go with it. She shows patience around the rim and can finish around or through contact. Her ability to be mobile from block to block is a true skill as well, she posts up with one hand and a strong pivot to dominate her mismatch. The Kenwood freshman will start to come into her own real soon.
’25 Ariella Henigan Ariella Henigan 5'7" | CG Kenwood | 2025 State IL | 5’7 Guard | Kenwood
Henigan’s athleticism is at the top of the long list of her attributes. She’s twitchy, fast, and quick, which creates an immediate mismatch for any defender. She has an up and down tempo and pace to her ball handling which she uses to blow past or break down her opponent. She creates space for herself and for her teammates to score. Ariella can put the ball in the bucket at all levels around the rim shes creative and consistent. Defensively, the same aggression and athleticism are applied. High Potential
’25 Madison Sears | 6’2 Forward | Libertyville
Sears is a very intriguing prospect. She has the size to compete with any big in the area and the poise, skillset, and body control to be the leading rebounder and or bucket getter on her team. A lot of her buckets come from the block and the paint, but she has a soft touch around the rim that makes those easy for her. She’s mobile and can run the floor for the fast break as well. Defensively, she provides a strong presence in the paint and get steals, deflections, and blocks.
’25 Nisha Musunuri | 5’8 Guard | Stevenson
A smooth guard who can handle the ball against tough and smothering defense. Nisha has a poise and calmness to her game that allows her to play with the confidence of an upperclassman. She has a solid and quick shooting stroke that usually ends up in a bucket from the mid to arc. She can take a defender off the dribble or from the triple threat. A talented young prospect.
’25 Caroline Smith | 6’1 Forward | Lincoln-Way West
One of the taller girls on the team, Smith uses her length constantly on the drive and to collect high numbered rebounds. She can finish through contact or over her defenders with ease using an array of moves and her long frame. In the win against Sycamore, Smith finished with 11 points with a decent amount of boards to go with. She will be a key piece and a down-low presence for the next couple of years.
